Solid, quality and stand the weight with easr.
These blocks are much larger than expected, but that is reasonable. There are 3 blocks, 2 of which go together so you can have 2 larger ones. They are sturdy but not hard. I use them to take the edge off when doing Asian squat sitting, to accustom myself to do it for longer periods without forcing it. I do like them a lot and will use them daily.

I like you can make the wedges higher or you can just use two of them for a less height. They seem to be sturdy and durable. When you put two of them together to make it higher, you have to make sure they are in place. I didnât make sure they were together one time and almost twist my ankle.
