Aromatherapy

Here Is Sum Luv 4 U…We all hear stories that essential oils are good for the body right? But what do we do with it to make it work? Ok here is the deal. When buying an essential oil please make sure that it is at least a few things.Therapeutic grade is what you can apply on the body for massaging. Make sure you use a carrier oil which is an oil of your choice that you mix with the essential oil and make sure for starters your carrier oil is about 75% to your essential oil of 25%. This will ensure no fatal allergic reactions if allergic because you definitely never want to use essential oils directly on the skin, especially as a beginner. Also make sure the essential oil is organic and / or non gmo. Organic labeling will ensure, according to the label no disease or cancer causing pesticides or herbicides. Non Gmo indicates that there is no genetically modified organisms in the product which we definitely do not want as they too cause damage to the DNA. The Clary Sage is excellent for the hair in which you can put a few drops in your shampoo and conditioner and hair oil or hair gel or cream. The Sandalwood you can put 2-3 drops in the palm of your hand and rub both hands together and cup them over your nose and breathe in for at least 5 minutes or so. You can also mix with the carrier oil as stated before and rub on the bottom of the feet which is called reflexology and massage into the skin for a few minutes. Smells great but …
The oils smell great and I got a lot of compliments on it at work (I use a diffuser in my office) However, the oils would not dispense so the droppers had to be removed. Needless to say, there is no control over the amount that goes into the diffuser having done that so it won’t last near as long as it should.
