glad this mat
I admit, when i first saw this mat, I wondered if it would really be comfortable on my knees when i got down on it. I bought it quite a while now and just started using it this week. I have so far used it twice and find it more comfortable than the two mats i had previously and have been using stacked on top of each other. When I kneel the pressure on my knees and wrists while exercising sometimes gets a bit too uncomfortable for the amount of padding i thought i had, but with this mat I have seen the difference. I used this mat without additional padding and did not feel any discomfort while kneeling or doing my planks so far and that’s a big plus for me. It also appears that it won’t get damaged too quickly if I have my sneakers on while doing some rotations. And i love the color of the mat as well. Glad i bought it 😀

Very nice yoga mat, soft, grips the floor and doesn’t slide, lightweight and long enough for a tall person. I like having my own mat at the gym because I don’t like to use one’s other people have used, this one is perfect. No peculiar smell or texture, exactly as described and a lovely soothing shade of green. Happy with this purchase

The first thing thatâs awesome about this mat is the price when compared to other types available. It also is thicker than my last mat and provides more cushion for my body. It has good traction and long enough to hold my frame. Overall itâs a great buy.

A very decent yoga mat
One thing I really like about this yoga mat is the lack of the chemical smell that often comes with new mats. That smell can linger and given that you are putting your face next to the mat, it just doesn’t seem healthy. This mat smells fine out of the package.It is a decently sized, fairly sticky and comfortable yoga mat. I like the colors and feel of it. My one issue with this mat is it seems a little fragile. I damaged it a little on my first use as my dog (as he likes to do) came over and jumped up on me while I was doing yoga. I know they have goat yoga so I sometimes think he thinks he is part goat or something. Anyway, this behavior has never damaged a mat before, but I did notice slight damage from this. So it does seem like this mat is more fragile.Still this a very capable mat and the lack of smell is huge for me. I do like it.

Terrible
This is not a good mat. I’ve used it for 20 minutes and it is dirty, not easy to wipe off, dented and chipped from just regular moves and weights. Don’t buy this.

Slippery and frail top
Very slippery. Top of the mat akready cuffed by yoga blocks after 3 uses. Difficult to do wrist bearing weight poses such as downward dog.
