One of the best fitness tools you can buy.
Very nice piece of exercise equipment, seems very durable and is easy to use. I purchased this item to help build up back strength and to assist with pull ups/ chin ups. While the band helps you do the pull up, you will still have to work for it. I have no doubt that if you stick with it, the RitFit Pull Up Bands will help you achieve your fitness goals, whether your goal is to do your first pull up or to do ten+. Definitely one of the best training tools that you can buy, worth every penny.

It’s not them, it’s me
I loved the look of these but when I got them I learned that not all bands are the same and I am weaker than I thought. FYI for anyone else that may just be getting back into the gym game like myself, the thicker the band, the heavier it is to pull (it seems so obvious as I type that lol). I got them at the suggestion of my trainer for warming up my upper body before working out.

Better than expected
The second I opened this, I was nervous because it seemed cheaply made–but my fears where quickly gone when I started using it. It’s so sturdy and well made. I love it. I’ll probably purchase more

Great for helping with Mobility & Posture & and excellent value!
I have 3 of these bands that I keep at home, at the office & at my girlfriends place. I mostly use them for shoulder mobility drills & as a way to work on my posture to offset the soul-sucking & posture-destroying effects of sitting infront of a computer for 10hrs a day. These bands are of excellent quality & seem to be the best value of all the bands available on Amazon. I recommend the “Red” for shoulder & posture work & going with heavy resistance for hip mobility work. There are some great videos on YouTube to really help out as well & you’ll get darn near instant relief when following the videos! Enjoy!

Quality bands and a good replacement for the gym. None of my bands have snapped or worn thin and I’ve used them quite a lot.

Vi dico gli esercizi consigliati: australian pull up o inverted rows e pull up negatives (eccentriche).
