Iâm using these bands for my home PT after torn rotator cuff surgery. Many have mentioned the colors they received were muted colors or pinks. There were color options when I ordered. Make sure you are selecting the correct option when ordering. Many have mentioned no instructions included for attaching the handles. Actually, when you scroll through the photos on the listing, there is a picture of the attached bands so you can go by that example. I have added a demo video based on the photo. Also, some have mentioned no strength stamped on their bands. Mine do have the strengths listed on each band. It is only on one side of one end of each band. Some customers may have overlooked the stamp.POSITIVES: They are exactly like the ones my therapist uses. They are clearly marked with their resistance strength.NEGATIVES: There are no written or diagrammed instructions INCLUDED for attaching the bands to the handles. You must refer back to the original listing.

Very helpful
These resistance bands work great for me. I love that there is a variety of 5 different strengths because I can change bands depending on what exercise Iâm doing and what resistance level I need. Currently Iâm doing physical therapy so Iâve been using these just about every day. Iâve had no issues and they tie and untie easily. They are a magnet for pet hair, but what isnât? I would definitely recommend if you are looking for some variation in routine.

Neat little stretch band package
The product is great but has no instructions on how to attach the bands to the handles. I think it was supposed to have these. Otherwise, just what I need, light and compact for upcoming travels.

I wanted to purchase a variety of band strengths as I’m recovering from knee replacement surgery and need for my PT. The different intensities are helpful for as I progress, and also for other exercises like for arms. This is a good all-in-one, and a good price.
