Poor Quality-Do not buy
I am a seventy-six year-old, 110 pound woman. The medium strength band broke into pieces the first time it was used. After the first break, I tried using the larger piece, and it broke again. Do not waste your money.

UPDATED: Itâs no stretch to say these are excellent
These resistance bands are sturdy, durable and versatile.I ordered these to replace the exercise bands I acquired at physical therapy several months ago, most of which have snapped by now.These work perfectly, with degrees of resistance from yellow (light) to red (medium) to blue (heavy). I use the blue for most of my exercises, though I also double it up with the yellow or red, or use yellow and red together. These are also long enough that you could fold a single band in half to double it up for maximum resistance.I appreciate the fact that, in addition to their length (72 inches, not 70 feet as the description says), they measure a generous 5 inches in width, which makes them more durable. These also come with a carrying pouch and an exercise guide.After using these for a few workouts, I am very comfortable giving these five out of five stars, but I will revisit this review in the weeks and months ahead if my opinion changes â or if these should happen to tear, which I donât expect anytime soon.OCT 28 UPDATE: After using these almost daily for more than three months, the red (medium) band snapped on me. I have put these through the wringer so it is no big surprise, and I will probably still be able to use the red smaller bands. But bear in mind that these do not last forever. I will stick with my five-star rating because I am still pleased with the quality and value.

Sturdy and Versatile Resistance Bands with Top-Level Packaging
Review for Haquno Resistance Bands for Working Out, Exercise Bands Set for 3, Resistance Band for Physical Therapy, Rubber Bands for Pilates, Rehab, Stretch, Strength Training, and Yoga Starter Set – 1.5MThese resistance bands are quite interesting. Even the lightest resistance is a challenge for me, but I will get there eventually. They are sturdy and can be tied around my ankles securely. Iâve had issues with other brands not tying well, which limits their use, but these stay put. The set includes a see-through fabric bag for storage, which is a nice touch, and a multilingual guide with exercises. The packaging is impressive, with each band individually packaged, then grouped together, and finally placed in another package with the insert and bag. It might be a bit excessive, but it does make for a well-packaged gift. Lastly, the product page has a picture of a gravity defying rump and while I aspire to that level of gravity-resistance in my own rump – none of the exercise pictured in the insert actually show how to attain those results. 🙂

helpful bands for stretching
at first I was not impressed, however my mind has changed. the bands are thin and I thought they would stretch out or tear. I have a four year old in the house, and items like this get put through a stress test. and so far all have survived the test. I use this for physical therapy for my elbow, as well as stretching my hamstrings. I like how they come with three different resistances. I like the color coding for quick grabs. I would recommend this to a friend. only warning I would give is to leave them outside upon opening the package. they plastic smell is strong.
