Fantastic addition to the home gym!
The set includes five bands of varying resistance levels, ranging from light to extra-heavy, which makes them good for all fitness levels. Lighter bands can be used for warming up/stretching, and I’m using the heavier bands for strength/resistance training. I can use these for a broad number of exercises, which is very appealing. The bands seem to be constructed with a quality material, but time will tell how long they hold up. I expect that they will last me a good while, as I have free weights and dumbbells in my home gym, as well, so these won’t be my only source of strength training or resistance. One thing I really like about them is that they are comfortable to use; they don’t dig into my palms or curl up during exercises and I haven’t experienced any skin irritation or discomfort. For those of you who are allergic to latex, I would urge caution, as the description does indicate they are made of latex. The compact size makes this set perfect for taking with you on the go, and they come with their own carrying back, which easily fits into a gym bag or suitcase, allowing for on-the-go workouts. I expect these will travel with me when I go off for work travel and don’t feel like using the hotel gym. What I really like about using resistance bands is that you can get a full-body workout that can be used in place of home gym equipment that takes up space, or they can be used with bodyweight exercises. These bands are great if you’re looking to add a portable yet effective piece of equipment to your home gym. This set of 5 bands offers enough variety to keep it challenging no matter what your fitness level is. Check them out!

Great for travel
These are perfect for travel. They are lightweight, but strong. They will easily fit into your suitcase. Of course, they will work well in your home.Tension bands for exercise are generally highly regarded as a good way to work out while being less likely to injure yourself. So for those recovering from an injury, or who are older, or maybe just starting out. But, of course, they work for everyone, especially this set. This is a serious set of bands. As you step up in size, they get harder very quickly. The one thing I deducted a star for is the step up in resistance from the red 15-25 lb. band to the black 25-60 lb. band is too much. The red can be too easy while the black is too hard depending on the exercise. I would like a more gradual transition. But in any case, this is a serious set of exercise bands.

Can work out anywhere
Great bands to use while watching TV. Various resistance can be used to challenge yourself, warm up, or to cool down. The bands are colorful and durable. A definite plus in my home gym.

Kind of short, but work fine
These are shorter than any other resistance bands I’ve used. I was worried that because of that they would not be very useful, but they do work well. I usually tie one end off, and I can do that, but I had to find something different to tie the end to than I was used to.The chart that is listed in the descriptive photos is confusing in that it gives two different “weights” for 100% elongation of each color, but I think what they mean is the range in resistance for each one.

Used n broken item
1 was broken and 2 looks good and slightly used . I didn’t click to purchase a used item . Why did they send me a broken item and two used items ?

Taffy
Bands feel like taffy with very little resistance. As you stretch the bands, there is no elasticity. I have purchased different bands over the course of 10 years for my classes. These are bottom of the barrel quality.

Multi-purpose resistance bands in a variety of colors
I’m not really sure how to review these bands since I don’t have a force tester or another set to directly compare them for verification. They arrived individually-wrapped a box with a thin drawstring carrying bag. There aren’t any additional pamphlets or guides to get you started with suggested exercises. Each loop is around 40″ in length (80″ if you were to cut them in half and measure out the whole thing) and has its specifications printed in white for reference. They don’t have any sort of handles on them, so you’ll have to rely on your grip strength or some other accessory. The colors are a little darker in person than the product photos, but they seem like adequate bands. The box markets them as pull-up assistance bands and claims they’re unbreakable–I’ll be sure to update this review if any of them snap on me!
