Extremely well built. Turn a wall and some bands into a functional cable machine.
These are extremely well built. If attached to a stud properly, they won’t break out (if you have used something like this that broke or came out of the wall using bands, you know how seriously an injury or even death on the chance of a failure can be. Picture getting a piece of metal sling shotted through your skull or into your face if you use heavy bands.I’ve been using these heavily for 3 months now, with very heavy bands. I see no sign of them coming out of the wall (be sure to use really good bolts), the metal this is made of is never going to break, the only failure I could see is if you didn’t get it into the wall properly.Fantastic device that I’ve turned a bunch of bands / bands with handles into a fully functional cable machine. The variety of attachment points makes it easy to add or remove bands, whether by the clips or the band itself. Very versatile and tougher than nails. Beats paying thousands for a cable machine if you can’t afford one or fit one.

The anchors themselves are very well made and sturdy. I have a variety of bands that I have attached to them and while it can take a little wiggle to get certain ones in place they stay put and haven’t been damaged. Disclaimer- I’ve not used the included screws as we’re in the middle of a remodel so I attached them directly to my door frames.

Strong and rigid but missing hardware
The product is strong, feels like it will last. The smooth texture will definitely protect bands. It is more fitted to use with tube bands. It can be used with other types but not the best option. The major issue is that the screws it was sent with are too big for the holes. I had to purchase my own screws and of course plugs. Keep that in mind when you are purchasing.

I bolted these down to a concrete block pillar with concrete bolts and they are not going anywhere. They’re super solid.

Great little anchor, but I wish the holes were large enough to support 1/4″ (or 6mm) bolts. It’s possible to find larger length bolts in those sizes; the m5 bolt type it comes with really don’t get larger than 1.5″, and I would really want at least 2″ bolts.
