Love the simplicity and effectiveness of this roller. Use while watching tv or reading.It works more effectively than anything else I have tried. Itâs made well and know it will last a long time.I would definitely recommend for plantar fasciitis.

This foot roller massager feels great. It has a bumpy texture and rolls easily on the floor. To be honest, the first couple of times I used this, I thought it was too much and too intense on my feet. But as I’ve used it more, I’ve really started to enjoy the feeling it has on the soles of my feet. It really relaxes and loosens up sore feet after a long day. This roller is also a great value at this price.

A must if you work from home!
I had two made just like this but in different colors, and I’ll never be without them again.I recommend them to almost everyone I know. The principle of foot massage is so simple — especially if you sit at a desk at home all day — and two of these are much more maneuverable than a long rectangular wooden one made for two feet.I gave one to my late mother-in-law when she shifted from the office to remote work, and she loved it. She also did learn to KEEP IT AWAY FROM DOGS. Neither of us saw it coming when her very small dog decided to take it on as an enormous opponent.These are SO great — a hugely beneficial health tool for a very, very low price. One is enough for one foot at a time. If you’re really short like me, get two so your feet reach something solid while you work — and you keep your circulation moving!

Doesn’t Completely Help My Plantar Fasciitis
It’s an okay product. Good in a pinch for my plantar fasciitis but the pain returns a fee minutes later, so it’s not providing much relief. It does feel good to use in the moment though.

I like the way that it stays under my foot. When I used a tennis ball or a golf ball they would fly out from under my foot. This unit doesnât do that. So very happy with it.

Great product! Great price. I like this very much for my feet. Itâs a great foot exercise in general. My feet often hurt and I get cramps and this provides relief. Iâve had it for months and itâs been working well!
