Exactly What I Needed
Not much to say about these. They are exactly as described in size, thickness, and looks. Easy to put together and seem sturdy enough for regular use. They absolutely make a difference in comfort and are pretty easy to wipe off.

Excellent product, highly recommend
Was looking into mat for my home gym, saw they were around $300 for large, but not 12′ x 12″, this ws less than 1/2 the price. Interlocking system meant I could configure how I needed, lots of edge pieces provided, make any shape you would like. Nice and thick, 1/2 inch, protects floor well, does not slip, comfortable to do exercises on, highly recommend.

Cushioned but a tad slick, with color variation
Pros: The mat is easy to put together and a comfortable thickness for standing, sitting and weight/band exercising. The texture is appropriate and the beige looks good on my dark floor. The pieces haven’t pulled apart when doing lunges. It does what I need it to do.Cons: None too serious. The surface pattern is discontinuous at the puzzle joints. This really shows up in the beige color that I purchased. It seems the manufacturer could have adjusted the cut and pattern so that the pattern would register across the joints. Also, each box was a little different color, as you can see in the photos. Finally, the edge pieces are loose at the corners. I put tyvek tape underneath all edge joints to make them stay together and not pop up. The joints do not stay smooth between blocks, becoming uneven (rising slightly from another) after exercising. This makes me nervous to do aerobics or a lot dynamic motions, but I didn’t buy it for that.The surface is slightly slippery, which is a con for yoga but a plus for wiping up. I must still use my yoga mat. The cushioning makes standing poses harder, but I expected that.I did not rate this a 5 because of the color and joint concerns, but I am happy with the purchase.

great solution for basement
I have no issues with water in my basement, but will it stay that way forever? great solution just in case. not as hard as painted/stained concrete. wont get squishy moldy if I do get water, if one gets messed up just replace that one, easy to put down, inexpensive compaired to most other options. very happy.

This exercise mat works well in my garage. It is the ideal thickness and cushioning for a concrete floor. It is easy to put together with pieces that fit together nicely.

Slip and Slide
The ProsourceFit Puzzle Exercise Mat is a good concept but is poorly designed. I’ll tell you why…1) When doing any sort of movement on the mat on hardwood floors or tiles, the mat will slip and slide across the floor with you. this makes for a pretty significant hazard of sprains and injuries because the mat is not stabilized on the floor. You definitely need to put something else under it, which then potentially makes the mat uneven and potentially causing issues. a simple silicon or rubberized material on the botton of the mats could have likely fixed this movement issue.2) the other issue is similar, when doing certain exercises requiring movements (HIIT), the interlocking pieces can come undone pretty easily, which exacerbates the instability the map has.3) the traction is almost non-existent on the face of the mat, despite the little groves. It seems there’s something slick that’s been sprayed on the mat.Pros:The mat is soft and the padding does feel good to exercise on .
