Hurts so good
I’m very happy with this mat. I was deciding between the prana mat and this ‘knock off’. I figured I’d try it out first and spend a fraction of the price on this one. It’s now a daily ritual. I lay to clear my head in the afternoon and again before bed- I’ve even fell asleep on it! It helps with inflammation and sets you up for a restful nights sleep.

Love my mat
I love this accupressure mat. I use it everyday. It has helped my back tremendously. It relaxes me but yet gives me energy after I get off it. I lay on it for 45+ minutes at a time. I do wish the spikes were sharper, I seem immune to the initial pain already. This is a good value, I bought the used in like new condition and it came in the original box and packaging. Never opened! Very pleased with this purchase.

Great Product! Perfect for yoga and pain relief!
This is initially painful! However my husband and I, are in a lot of pain every day. Chronic pain and specific pain with exacerbations! Medication and I mean heavy duty meds can only do so much! This is helpful because even though you feel pain initially it then starts making you feel relieved and more relaxed! I did a lot of research on these and so far after finding a very expensive brand, I found this one for more than half the cost! Sleep also is much better I guess because our muscles are not as tight and as far as easy to use? I donât know how much easier it could be! I absolutely love the bag it come in! You just take it out with the pillow, lay it on the floor and just lay on it in whatever position you want to start in! I usually spray the back of it since that part goes on the floor! I recommend this product for any one who has neck and back pain!

Quality Product, but not for Me
We tried this at our house, both of us have back issues, but it was TOO hard to lay on (mostly for me). Ended up returning, for that reason, the overall quality of the product was wonderful though! This is something I think is worth trying, but it’s also important to know your own body and limits. Otherwise, super easy to use, and is an excellent product!

Wasn’t sure what to expect
I wasn’t sure what to expect, so I wanted to give this a chance before reviewing. I recieved this yesterday from Amazon. I have used it two days now. The first day I was able to stay on it with a light shirt for 30 minutes. It was uncomfortable at first, but after maybe 5 – 10 minutes it was tolerable. I didn’t have a light shirt on my neck and found the pillow very uncomfortable the first day.Today is day 2. I used it again with a light shirt and put a light scarf around my neck today. It was so easy today and actually felt pretty amazing. I’m surprised really. I feel more energetic in just one day, I hope it helps with sleep and pain today. I’m going to use it once again before bedtime to get more benefits from it. I have been using it on my back, but tonight I. will be using it on my bottom for my sciatic pain.So far, I really like this strange new way to feel great.

Perfect gift
Got this for Christmas, and itâs been awesome to have! When used correctly, this really does give my muscles relief and helps relax all of the tension in my back, shoulders and neck.It does take time and âpracticeâ to get used to the acupressure spikes. But now, I donât even cringe when I first lay down in the mat. And the pillow is my favorite piece! Perfectly fits the curve of my neck when laying down! And the carrying bag is wonderful to storing the set together. I love this purchase!

Great little torture mat
I had been looking at this and other varieties for a while before finally buckling down and getting one. It arrived today, and I immediately had to try it. What was I thinking! I have fibromyalgia and read a ton about the benefits of acupressure and in hopes for it to help relieve some stiffness and help with sleep etc, I dove right in. Yea, OUCH! It definitely was uncomfortable and required a few adjustments and having to get off and try again, I finally tried to relax. After a few minutes it felt great! The discomfort started going away and was replaced with an odd pulsating sensation radiated from my shoulders to my lower back. I put on some music to help relax a bit more, and a set a timer for 10 minutes of torture. Needless to say after I was done I felt do much better than when I had this morning! I felt loose and tired. Will be using again tonight to help fall asleep. My neighbor who has some issues with her shoulder is also wanting to try it as well! It’s definitely worth it since I haven’t stiffened up all day!

I wanted a mat like this but didnât want to spend the big big bucks for one of the other big brands. Iâm so glad I didnât! The quality of this one was surprising. Itâs really good! Totally worth it! I love standing on the mat, I find it very relaxing. I have no complaints, I would definitely recommend.

Iâm confused – I buy this for health reasons and it has a warning on the box saying this product will expose you to cancer causing chemicals? What??? But the product on line says all natural. Please explain??
