Greatvtargeted residtance. Using for biceps. Triceps and abdominal muscles. Looked easy at first, but with 10, 20, 30 reps becomes a challenge. Give it a try!

Itâs a great product !! I used it for the first time tonight and it was a great workout. Feels sturdy and good material. Only gave four stars bc it doesnât bend as much as the one in the videos I watch LOL. Not to say itâs hard to bend because it is not. Very comfortable and functions as intended. Great price as well.

Not enough resistance
It looks nice and seems to be of good quality however, I take Pilates and use these often during class. I thought it would be nice to have one at home, however, the resistance is very weak. With little effort my ring could squeeze in half and therefore doesnât allow the proper engagement during specific exercises. Maybe I got a dud? Will be returning.

Everyone should use this magical piece of equipment. Search pilates ring on YouTube and you have yourself a fantastic core/full body workout. I have used this ring for two months now twice a week along with other diet and exercise and I have outstanding results in such a short amount of time. You won’t be disappointed!
