As someone who isnât super into yoga, I was using a thin target mat for quite a while. I can say this is much more comfortable to use but I slide a lot easier in any hot yoga or outdoor situation.

Got this one because it was thicker than a regular yoga mat. Sure glad I did! Its so much better on the knees and overall use. very happy with it.

High quality mat
I do yoga daily and my foam mats usually last 6-8 months before they start to lose their grip and thickness – I have checked with other people who also practice daily, and that seems to be a normal amount of time for them to last. When I tried to replace the last one with the same make and model from the previous seller it was simply not the same quality. I had to return 3 yoga mats for being shoddy or thinner than advertised, and I was feeling skeptical about being able to get something durable from Amazon, but I am so pleased with my Primasol mat! It is of higher quality than any of my previous mats, and a comparable price. I typically don’t write reviews, but this mat was so much better than I expected, that I wanted to share.

Smells Funky
There is a hint of fish and chemical smell, hits you when you unroll it. I does help with knee and wrist pain when practicing, which is why I bought it. The quality is not super great it squeak’s a little and is hard to balance on. I have been using it just a few weeks and it already has some tares in the surface from my rings. Finding a thick mat is challenging I wont buy this again but I will use it to give my wrists a break and will most likely switch back and forth. One thing that is great about it was the carrying case that came with it, handy.

Perfect for any stretching that is static, provides a highly fluffy support for the knees and back. I bought this one specifically for these two reasons, hence a 5 star rating. DO NOT suggest it for yoga.
