Great Product
I just got this mat and pillow set and I am thrilled. The quality is even better than I expected. The pillow and the mat both have in invisible zippers and inner linings. The stitching is straight, which is important to me. The lotus designs on the back side are machine embroidered instead of printed. I like the color of the linen. It is sort of grayish which blends nicely with the lavender plastic lotus spikes. The spikes are securely attached and well formed. I have had a cheaper brand (Hemingweight) and like the benefit of having this type of tool for relaxation. My husband tried my old one and liked it so I gave it to him. When you first try a accupressure mat it may feel like you are torturing yourself, but just chill for a couple of minutes then it turns into a soothing sensation. I can feel my heart rate slow after a couple of minutes. This is an investment but the quality and benefits are worth the money. Another plus, they come in a nice box for gifting with instruction booklets for the pillow and mat.

The massage mat needs a few sessions to get used to the feeling but afterwards it truly helps your lower and mid back. For mid section, propping it up with a small pillow creates additions support. Helps quite a deal for me after long commute.
