My new favorite yoga mat
This mat is absolutely perfect! It looks beautiful/ tranquil. The micro-suede is gentle and welcoming but performs perfectly when you begin to sweat (or you can even lightly spray it before a practice if you want). Its grippy enough for tough asanas but smooth enough to allow a natural flow. I replaced my cork mat with this (no shade on the cork mat, it was great but a bit heavy and would pool my sweat in really challenging practices). It also lightly absorbs your sweat as you go. Finally, its VERY easy to clean. Spray it with mat spray and wipe it down with a soft cloth and your good to go.ONE WORD OF ADVICE: I have wood floors that collect dust and sometimes by bare feet do the same on the floor. You WILL leave lil’ footprints on this mat if you feet are any bit dirty. So just make a ritual of giving them a light bathe before stepping on this luxurious mat.NAMASTE 🙂

I needed a yoga mat as a ârugâ for my stand up desk. I find standing on yoga mats are more comfortable. This mat is beautiful! It looks like a high-end rug! A bit on the thin side, but still comfortable and perfect to stand on throughout the work day.

Itâs amazing. I thought there is no way it was going to be no slip taking hot yoga/pilates but it is. Love that itâs light weight and the texture. The design is so nice too. I got the Persian rug. I canât wait to get more! 🙂

The size, thickness, lack of slipping are phenomenal. Holds up to 118 degrees of hot yoga like a champion. Easy to use, doesn’t lock in smells and love how it stretches.

I recently purchased the Plyopic Yoga Mat and overall, I’m quite satisfied with my purchase. There are several aspects of this mat that I really appreciate.First and foremost, the size of the mat is fantastic. It provides ample space for me to comfortably perform various yoga poses without feeling restricted. It’s important to have a mat that accommodates your movements, and this one certainly does that.Additionally, the weight of the mat is just right. I’ve found that yoga mats tend to perform better when they have a bit of heft to them, and this one strikes a good balance. It’s not too heavy to carry around, but it feels substantial enough to provide stability during my practice.The graphics on the mat are absolutely stunning. They add a touch of elegance and beauty to my yoga sessions, creating a serene ambiance. I appreciate the attention to detail in the design, and it truly enhances my overall experience.One area where I have a minor complaint is the thickness of the mat. While it provides adequate cushioning for most yoga poses, I personally prefer a slightly thicker mat. The Plyopic Yoga Mat is around 3mm thick, and I feel that it would be even better if it were 4 or 5mm. However, this is a subjective preference, and it may not bother others who prefer a thinner mat.The suede layer on the mat’s surface is a brilliant feature, especially for hot yoga classes. It helps prevent slipping, which is crucial when you’re engaging in sweaty and intense workouts. Hot yoga approved
Iâm not sure if this is similar to the yoga design lab mats but I wasnât about to spend twice the amount and wanted a nice quality combo mat perfect for sweaty sessions. Itâs larger than my last mat which I like and it held up great. No slipping and no need for a towel. Sweat absorbed fairly quickly. So if you want a combo mat for hot yoga but donât want to break the bank this is your mat. I do hot yoga 3 times a week and it a so nice to just bring this mat and water and thatâs it. It is pretty heavy and has a new rubber smell to it but it doesnât bother me

The Perfect Mat!
I am completely obsessed with this yoga mat.Just like the instructions say, spray it down with some water before practicing, and again as needed, and you will feel so grounded and supported…seriously, no slipping at all. Like previous posters have mentioned, it is pretty heavy, and mine didnât come with a carrying strap, but itâs no problem at all for me. The instructions also come with washing directions, as well, which is super helpful. It says you can put it on a gentle, cool cycle in the washing machine and hang to dry, or you can hand wash in the tub and hang to dry. Iâll be hand washing mine when needed, but until then, I use a homemade yoga mat spray cleaner thatâs working just fine.The designs on these mats are so unique and beautiful. I love mine! I got the Persia, and itâs so pretty, you could actually leave it out as part of the room. It inspires me to get onto my mat everyday, and Iâve already received so many compliments on it. Iâm proud to have this as my mat.As you can see, the colors are vibrant, but also somewhat muted on the Persia. Itâs hard to explain, but I love the effect. I also appreciate how there are greens, pinks, blues, red, yellow, purple, gray, and black, but it all fits together without looking like itâs âtoo much.âI also like how the design is symmetrical and provides alignment guides without the obvious line down the middle. Some of the others have the line down the middle, which I assume would be great for some yogis, but I like the lines (on the Persia) on the outside of the mat, and I like using the design as a guide. See? Iâm obsessed. Ha!Thank you for making this awesome product! Iâll never own another brandâs mat, but I may collect more designs!
