So many different workout options and ways to use it even comes with a little booklet with some options, which is very helpful. Also so helpful that it comes with a little storage bag. Definitely worth the money, and the quality is fantastic

Lots of extras
I love this set it is my new fave it has extra like 1 resistant leg band figure 8 resistance band hand strengthening stress balls. I haven’t seen another set with those extras in it. The equipment is pretty good quality. Now what I would say would be helpful about this set. The straps aren’t numbered and that was one of the reasons why I bought it because it was numbered. So you have the eyeball it that is the only downside to like this in the set but other sets aren’t even numbered either. I feel like if they went back to the numbered straps it would put it over the top. Now about the extras. What I wish they would have included in the information about the extras like the length of the finger eight resistance band. The strength of the leg resistance band whether it’s a 35 to 45 would be helpful though. And the strength of the stress hand exercising balls. I recommend this set.

But good quality⦠just Too short or too strong. Not sure which one but idk it just doesnât work for me. Maybe I need to try again and ask for help. Itâs GREAT product, just doesnât work for me. Sturdy bar and bands tho!!!

Everything you need for a gym workout at home
This is a great set of items that work together to give you a great workout. There are a lot of items that are part of this kit. I like that they are all resistant type âweightsâ. The weights that go with the bar are labeled which is nice. This set comes with these resistance balls that you can use in your hands. The only thing I donât like about them is the smell on them after you use them. This set comes with a nice bag that holds everything together. The price for this set is great too. I would definitely recommend.

I was afraid given the price that it would be flimsy. The entire set is worth the price and then some. It’s so easy to to put together and super durabile. The workout value and functionality are very sturdy and impressive. The colors and size exceeded my expectations. As soon as I opened and assembled it I placed an order for my mom as well. Such a great product!m
