    I love this product! I’m not one of those really fit girls in the gym. I’m the average mom of 3. This kit helps me get back into shape. I pear it with my Total Gym board and they work together perfectly. I really appreciate the guild and how I can workout so many areas in one kit. So it’s a great value for your money. The straps and the bar are as comfortable as can be and I am extremely happy with my purchase!!

    This pilates bar is like a magic wand for your workout routine! Except instead of casting spells, you’re casting off those unwanted pounds (or at least that’s the dream). It’s surprisingly sturdy – it can handle even your most enthusiastic full-body flailing. The resistance bands add some extra oomph, but beware – they might also try to yoink you into a pretzel if you’re not careful.Pros: * Doubles as a weapon against rogue yoga mats trying to trip you up * Can be assembled and disassembled faster than you can say “pilates” * Comes in multiple sections, so you can customize your workout from “short and sweet” to “full-body contortionist”Cons: * May require additional furniture for some exercises (couch cushions as crash pads, anyone?) * Instructions are basically hieroglyphics (but hey, that’s half the fun of figuring it out, right?) * Might cause you to break out your old leg warmers (optional, but highly encouraged)

    My kids and I all use this. It’s a great workout and easy to use. It had held up great. Love that you can store this anywhere. Super easy to switch out the resistance for different workouts. Comfortable to use. Love how it’s basically a portable gym. The bands are very sturdy and performance is great .

    I have used this a few times and really enjoy it! I am glad it came with a list of workout ideas or I would have done the same 4 things over and over. The elastic tubes are very strong and durable. The door attachment works really well, my husband even tried it and it didn’t budge! Would be great for small spaces and to take traveling. I do with the storage bag was bigger, it doesn’t close very well when everything is in it.

    Everything is good but the bar itselfis missing the end piece that holds the strap on the the bar that the resistance bands hook onto and they’ll slip off really easily if not careful and where it screws together is rusted making it difficult to screw together but everything else is good, if you buy this double check everything specially the bar also the squishy door thing kinda wedged itself into the Crack of the door I almost got stuck in my room lol super squishy but over all it’s a good set just wish the bar wasn’t defective but imma try n get to to stay with some good ol pretty duct tape fingers crossed

    For those who are curious, like I was, I took a gamble and bought this! There were other models that stated minimum 5’2 but this did not say. I got it and tried (yes, I shortened the strap to the max) and even at 20lb, I could feel the burn. The “weights” were short enough! This is perfect for this short girl!
