Good mat, but heavy
Overall, this is a nice yoga mat. As promised, the surface has good nonstick qualities, giving you a sturdy base as you move through the poses. The carry bag is a nice addition and helps to keep the mat clean in between sessions. The mat is heavier than others I’ve tried. On the one hand, that might mean it’s more durable and might last longer, I’m not sure. On the other hand, it’s definitely heavier. If you work out mostly at home, that might not be an issue, but if you’re carrying it to and from class or like to bring your mat along when you travel, that might be an issue for you.

A very high-quality Yoga Mat
I want to first start this review by saying I received this item for free but that this does not affect my review or opinion of the item. I also would like to note that I have received quite a few Wellrox items for free, but this still does not affect my review.For all of the Wellrox items I am reviewing, I am giving a short explanation as to why I chose these items since I ordered so many: I recently started practicing yoga for physical and mental health reasons. I had some yoga equipment already but it was kind of cheap and falling apart, so I was looking for some better yoga equipment to replace it. My knowledge of yoga is also limited to a few blogs and gym classes, so I really only know that Yoga requires a mat and maybe some yoga blocks. When I saw this brands items popping up when I was searching, I got curious about the many options I had for equipment through them, and decided to order a bunch of their items to try.Compared to the Yoga mat I am replacing, this mat is miles better in quality. It is made of a smooth, slightly thick foam like material, unlike the mushier foam material most yoga mats are made of normally. The bottom is made of a non-slip material, so it does not slide around on hard surfaces. What gave this mat extra bonus points is that it comes with a zipper bag for storage as well as a simple sling carrying strap. I was very surprised at this and am pleased I don’t need to order a sling strap for carrying it casually to the gym.While I love this mat, some may not. One day during the time I was trying it out, my mom came in and stood on the mat. She said she personally preferred the feeling of the typical mushy yoga mat material, so it’s possible this type of mat isn’t for everyone.I highly recommend this mat if you are wanting to upgrade your current met, or would like to start practicing yoga with a high quality mat.I wanted to close this out by adding that all of the items I have received from Wellrox seem to be very high quality. I had never heard of the brand before and decided to research them a bit, it seems they are a company that specializes in podiatrist approved sandals. I would say you cannot go wrong with anything from this brand, and I highly recommend them. This is of course my own opinion, as well as comparing them to my past yoga equipment.

Quite Heavy for a Yoga Mat
I like that this yoga mat comes with a bag, but the yoga mat itself is extremely heavy for a yoga mat. I understand it’s extra thick, but it seems that it’s at the expense of it being extra heavy. The mat also comes with a strong smell, which I hope goes away because otherwise, it’s unusable.

Great yoga mat
This is a great yoga/exercise mat for the price. The mat has a great grip to it and is easy to clean. The mat comes with a carry case, making the mat easy to store and transport. I have ordered several WELLROX products to build my yoga equipment and have yet to be disappointed. This is a quality product at a very reasonable price.

Easy to carry and store
Good quality and durable yoga mat. It is easy to wipe clean and even easier to roll up and put in the provided carrying/storage bag. It did have a strong rubber smell at first, I just aired it out for a few days. It stays in place excellently and has good grip on the top so there is no sliding around. I love the length as I have long legs. Good yoga mat that should last for years.

I saw 34.99 and wanted to run because there’s no coupon either, but let’s see what this thing is about..I do NOT do yoga but I rollerskate and it was recommended I try it. I’m too delicate to have my knees on wood so this mat helps with that. It’s long enough for me to lay down and exercise safely with or without assistance. It’s annoying that one end won’t stop bowing from where it was rolled up. The bag is convenient to carry it in and store away until ready to use. My 5 yo and 8yo daughters can sit next to each other and criss cross their legs without touching each other. However only the 5yo can turn the other way and not have her knees overlap the mat.
