Great for knees, hard to get it to stay flat
This has helped my knees a lot during yoga, but boy was it a pain to get it to lay flat. The product comes rolled up, and it definitely did not want to unroll. I ended up having to roll it up in the opposite direction inside my yoga mat to get it to be somewhat flat. No other complaints about the product, I just wish they stored and shipped it flat so this wouldnât be an issue. But after rolling it up the other way in my yoga mat for a couple days and leaving it like that, itâs finally flatter.

With flying budget airlines, I bought these to put in airline seats for extra padding. Worked great.

Just what I wanted! Perfect!
I ordered several different knee pads – I don’t know why other brands think I want something almost as hard as my floor. This one is just what I wanted – squishy and very comfortable. I don’t know how long it will last, but it’s perfect and not very expensive, so I’ll get another if there’s any issue. Oh, and I’m getting some for Christmas presents too because everyone needs this to make exercise a little easier.

Small but nice cushion for your knees!
Small, Candle and tape measure shown for sizing. But what really was neat about this is the depth, also shown with a tape measure. The padding is wonderful for knees, much more so than a traditional yoga mat. And size is nice, small that you can take it with you to class or even on a trip.

Permanent crease in foam
I read this in a couple other reviews about the permanent creases in the foam pad. Even after placing a very heavy piece of quartz on it for several days it doesnât flatten out. Hopefully it doesnât compromise its use at yoga.
