    Nice critical thinking cards
The game looks like fun and easy to play. Bought these for my willfully, ignorant family so they can work on their critical thinking skills.

    Highly recommended for veterans!
I recently purchased the 52 Essential Critical Thinking Cards from Mind Brain Emotion and I must say, I’m extremely impressed. The quality of the cards themselves is top-notch; they are sturdy and the design is visually appealing. But the true value of this product lies in its content. Each card offers a bite-sized critical thinking challenge designed to stimulate various aspects of critical thinking. As someone who has always valued the power of critical thinking, I find these cards to be an excellent resource. Whether you’re looking to make better decisions, improve problem-solving skills, or simply stretch your intellectual muscles, this set delivers on all fronts.I particularly appreciate the applicability of these cards for veterans like myself. Transitioning from military to civilian life can be a complex process, that comes with a variety of decisions and emotional hurdles. Many of us veterans are used to high-stakes environments where critical thinking is not just valued but necessary for survival. These cards offer a familiar yet constructive way to engage our minds, helping us adapt our skills to new challenges in civilian life.In summary, the 52 Essential Critical Thinking Cards from Mind Brain Emotion are a valuable resource for anyone looking to boost their critical thinking skills. For veterans, these cards offer a unique blend of benefits, aiding both in the transition to civilian life and in managing stress and emotional well-being. My students value the stimulating conversations generated by the cards.I value the cards so much, that I recently purchased another set for a fellow instructor.Dr. Woo, you are a hero in my book!Thank you for these incredible resources that I now have the privilege to share with other veterans.Professor D

The self-care, sanity-saving mental grounding kit that working parents need right now
With so much juggling – and so much stress about the state of the world – going on right now, it’s hard not to feel overwhelmed, down and in a funk. This handy set of cards is very helpful. It breaks down small “coping” and self-preservation thought streams into manageable chunks. It feels like having a therapist walk you through some helpful reflections and strategies in manageable bits (and let’s face it, the only time we have to ourselves these days if we’re parenting is micropauses.). There are four focus areas, divided up by suit: Self-Awareness, Self Management, Social Awareness and Relationship Skills. While it can be hard to find time to sit down and reflect for many of us, these help you do it. They are a very well thought out, helpful, way to help people manage emotions, stress, self-assessment and develop resiliency and find grace. Try it and see if you don’t feel better just from taking a few moments to reflect and reorient. They can be done as a family, or just by yourself. I plan on keeping mine in my bag for when I have a few spare moments by myself in the car to sit and think, or write in a pocket journal, and also plan on doing a card with my kids a few times a week. Highly recommend!

Looks as a second hand product
While supposed to be new, it looks used. The box with the cards inside is damaged at multiple points. Also the cover and backside text are in opposite directions. We expected more quality and care for this quite expensive product

I really enjoy receiving this set of cards, easy to read and understand, It really reminds you of that you aren’t alone, and also gives you powerful messages that really help and encourage you. Thank you so much..

  13. Colin Leschert

I like the idea of these cards, and find them useful in my practice. However, they aren’t not as thick as playing cards and don’t hold up to regular use. I’m disappointed. Not worth the cost.
