This is the best resistance band I have ever tried. I love the way it feels in my hands. Great grip to it, comfortable and versatile design. To me this is so much easier to hold onto than other designs. I can even put my foot through the loop. A great value too!

So good for stretching
I really like this tool. Itâs sturdy and doesnât appear to be weak like some bands. This is a really great way to target the small muscles in the body, Ali with a full body workout. I also found relief using it to stretch my back and shoulders as itâs hard to get in those tough areas. It really helps with any pain and tenderness I feel.

Easy to use for multiple upper body strengthening
This band is easier to use compared to a typical resistance band. The large loops are easy to grip so all your focus can go into whatever movement you’re working on. Minimal instructions included, but it’s easy to just try a movement out to experiment with what feels right. This band should last for years as it’s a thick and wide band and loop.
