Less expensive than lacrosse balls, works just as well
These were cheaper than buying actual lacrosse balls and they work just as well. They are just as hard and great for working out muscle knots, etc.

Like insurance, you need them only when itâs needed
Like insurance, you need them only when you have it. When that pain inflames like the scene from Forrest Gump carrying Bubba away from the war zone. You will want to relax the piriformis muscle with these. I sometimes get sciatica as well but these are more effective than a standard tennis ball. It can be a little firm for some but no one wants a softie where you are dragging your buttocks across the ground like a dog trying to relieve an itch. Not a bad deal for something so simple and effective. A+

Great alternative to a lacrosse ball
I worked in a PT office for many years and always used a lacrosse ball to roll out the knots in my back. I searched lacrosse balls on Amazon and found that they were quite expensive then these came up so I ordered. 10/10! Just as firm as a lacrosse ball and gets all the knots in my back. I also have costochondritis and these balls help relieve the stiff joints in my back that connect to my ribs. I use them multiple times a day.
