Strained a muscle and this deep massaged it back to feeling good. Look forward to having these on hand for whenever I overdo workouts. But, yes, keep them away from playful pets!

Good mix of tools, good firmness
Iâm happy with this set of massage tools. Itâs a good mix and contains some shapes not commonly found. I really got it for the wall mountable cone, but have also found that I prefer the firmness of the spiked ball in this set to the one I already owned. As far as the wall mount one goes⦠it mounts by suction. I had a hard time finding a place to put it that it would stay because my walls are too textured (fine orange peel) and all of my doors have textured wood grain. It adheres well to my shower door, but I find I canât push too hard. Iâve found the best place in our house to mount this is inside the shower. The suction works well on the tile and itâs a solid surface, so I can really lean hard and dig in for a good deep massage under my shoulder blade (the problem for which I got this). It works really well. It can also mount to the refrigerator, but I was afraid Iâd dent the door if I pushed too hard. I would absolutely recommend this set. Itâs a good value for the number and quality of tools.

The shapes are not commonly found in other devices and sets and are unique.-The massage devices are (aside from the spiky sphere) semi-firm (not soft or squishy) vs solid (the spiky sphere is solid and hard). They don’t have anything specific to these devices, but do feature self-massage devices and spheres, you’ll likely learn how to use these better with some of their advice on massage spheres.⢠Impressions:-This is a unique massage device set with 5 different massage devices.-They are firm to semi-firm in texture (all semi-firm but one spiky sphere that’s quite firm).-They’re good for self massage and giving a massage.-They’re particularly good for hand and foot self massage or a rolling massage, rolling a sphere (or the peanut-barbel shaped one) over you.-You can get into muscle knots and trigger points very well with these, but they aren’t too hard or rough.

great home massage tools
These tools are extremely helpful if you have any type of pain or sore muscles or stress. Very durable and heavy duty. They come with a really nice carrying bag. Very easy to use. You can hold these against the wall if you are trying to massage a spot on your back that is hard to reach. My dog loves to steal these tools from me. So far he has not damaged them either which is really nice. The price is really good on this kit. Highly recommended.

Good Tools to massage tight muscles
These massage balls are good for day-to-day “maintenance” of sore, stiff muscles. The variety included in this set means you can generally find one that works. One thing that is unique about this set is the “mountable” massage ball. This thing is uniquely suited to dig into that really sore spot just under my shoulder blade at the end of the day. If you sit at a desk and type on a computer all day, you probably know the spot I mean. The set comes with a small drawstring bag for storage and are easy to wash.

Awesome assortment of massage tools
This is an awesome assortment of different shapes and sizes of massage balls. I have a spiky ball I usually use on my arches but must admit that for the price of that one ball, I got 5 in this kit. The peanut shaped one is my absolute favorite for post bicep / tricep recovery. The suction cup one (with the sketchy shape, haha) is actually perfect for pressure points and knots that you need targeted pressure. The best part is that you donât need someoneâs help like with a percussion massager. It works in a pinch, literally. Ha! Seriously, though. Youâll find a use for all of them. Easy storage in a soft little pouch. Absolutely love this little set. Makes an awesome gift as well. Comes in a nice little box with basic instructions.

Unique massage set convenient for self or partner massage.
This pink foam set is helpful for self-massage on easy-to-reach places or utilizing it in massaging another individual. I was hoping that it would work really well on some of the places where I chronically develop knots to be able to address them individually but I still tend to need assistance with those most of the time. These are great for working on your hands and feet which have reflexology points that impact areas all over one’s body so it’s helpful even if I can’t work on the direct area that I want to on my own. While the set comes with instructions I think the manufacturer really skimped on them and it is really beneficial to do some research to find out how these pieces can be beneficial. Sometimes foam products can really smell and I do want to say these were not horrible smelling coming out of the box and the slight scent that was there disapated fairly quickly. The included bag for storage is very nice!
