This is very lightweight. The pieces are plastic but there are no sharp edges. I find it interesting and a bit invigorating to do first thing in the morning. I like that it has everything labeled to see what pinpoints what.

I love the theory of this product. All you have to do is place it on the floor and put your feet on it so that points on the bottom of your foot can be stimulated.Got to warn you, the first few times it kind of hurts if you press down too hard. It’s a bit of a learning curve for your comfort level. I still haven’t stood on them, I pressed down with my foot while sitting down.As far as the build quality, this is a cheaply made product at a cheap price. Can’t complain too much.Definitely portable, just fold it up.As someone that has had a lot of benefit from acupressure and reflexology, I do find this product helpful.
