WHY our Ergonomic Contoured Yoga Blocks 2pack? Because they will save your wrists while you strengthening my mind and body,! Placing your hand on traditional flat yoga blocks causes unwanted pressure and strain on your wrists. The traditional yoga blocks force your wrist into an uncomfortable 90 degree angle that isn’t right for everyone, especially beginners. Don’t buy the custom hand cutout blocks, those were designed with one specific hand size (large hands). Our contoured yoga block was designed so that people with smaller hands could use them just as effectively as people with large hands.
Comfort – Engineered to fit all hand sizes and provide the support you need to perform any yoga pose. Perfect for beginners or advanced, intuitive and easy to use
Stability – Each block is 9”x 6”x 4”, offering a large support base to stretch and strengthen with confidence. Perfect for your workout at home, gym, or studio.
Balance – Improve your balance and tone your muscles with the various grips you can utilize. A neutral wrist grip allows you to relieve wrist pain while practicing yoga or pilates.
Versatile – Our 2 pack yoga brick can be used with the comfort grips as well as with the regular flat surface. The blocks are symmetrical so any either block can be used for your left or right hand.
Made from high density EVA foam. This sturdy yoga block is made to be your workout partner for years.
Note: The blocks may have an odor to them after unwrapping. I tis a byproduct of the manufacturing processs and is NOT toxic. It will dissipate after you left them air out for a few days.

Sweet wrist relief
I do a lot of physical therapy exercises down on a yoga mat and many of the positions kill my sad wrists. I can only stay up on my fists for so long. These are the answer I’ve been looking for. I can go through all of my sets without stopping due to wrist fatigue.

Well made, but did’t really help my wrist pain
I think this is a good idea in theory – to cut hand holds out of blocks to help ease strain on wrists. In practice I think these blocks would have worked better for me if they were thinner at the hand hold part. Because they didnât feel much different than grabbing a 3â wide yoga block instead of a 4â block. It didnât do anything super special for me like I was hoping, as far as a different position that eases wrist pain or hand pain in any way.So maybe if the hand hold slots were cutting down a 3â block (instead of a 4â block) it would have worked better for me? Thatâs my guess. They are well made, though. Just didnât do anything to help with my wrist pain in applicable positions, as advertised. They might work well for someone else.

Recommended by occupational therapist
I have arthritis in my lower thumb joints and have had surgery on both. I can’t do traditional down dog, and must use these for that, and all similar poses. They are sturdy, stable, and comfortable. Light weight. The price was right in these, but would have liked another color option. Thanks for helping continue yoga practice!

Great idea but SMELLY foam ð
This has a pungent smell like a petrochemical refinery – sort of like asphalt – while every other yoga block I’ve experienced has a neutral smell. After awhile, the smell diminishes like a just-sharpened pencil –perhaps graphite in the gray colorant? It appears that this is a test of an idea – which IS worthy! Rather than building a mold for this unique shape, the texture reveals, I believe, that the shape has been cut out from a conventional block…which begs the question, why on Earth didn’t they start with a block that doesn’t stink!!!Don’t let the material failure doom the idea – the SHAPE is smart.

Game Changer for Yoga Practice
These blocks have been a fantastic addition to my yoga practice, especially given my wrist issues. They provide excellent support and comfort during poses that usually stress my wrists, like planks. They are contoured perfectly to fit my grip and feel very durable and well-made. Priced at $30, I find them to be an excellent value for the quality they offer. If you struggle with similar issues or just want more comfortable support during yoga, I highly recommend these blocks.

An off-gassing odor emanates from this ingenious design for arthritic wrists.
I use a pair of typical lightweight, yoga blocks I leave inside my bag when I drive to a community fitness class. I lean on them to get up from the cafeteria floor. I have achy knees, joints, and fingers. I was intrigued when I saw this set of Lumia Wellnes Ergo Yoga Blocks that Relieve Wrist Pain, so I can do push-ups at home. I think this is a unique design that provides two heights from which to grab and hold onto for balance and stability. They are very light, weighing just a little over one pound. The product page lists the color âblue,â but the photo shows gray yoga blocks. Unfortunately, an off-gassing odor emanates from this ingenious design for arthritic wrists. Hopefully, it will dissipate over time.

great for small hands
These yoga blocks are wonderful for anyone who might have wrist or hand pain or just wants to be able to get a more solid hold on the blocks during yoga practice. I particularly appreciate these blocks during poses like triangle or during a standing forward fold where I twist to one side (I donât like bending all the way down so my hand touches the mat; I prefer to put my mat hand on this block instead for greater stability). A few people have asked about these blocks in class and wonder if they can be used like a ânormalâ block, and the answer is yes, as the product page indicates. I use these all the time for supported bridge and legs up the wall. I discovered that theyâre really excellent anytime I do a reclining twist, as I can put the block between my knees and they fit perfectly in the cutouts. These are very well designed yoga blocks and I highly recommend them!
