A colorful card deck featuring 48 simple yoga and mindfulness practices to help kids work through big emotions on and off the mat.
“Little Yogi Deck will be every parent’s best friend. A much-needed resource to help children cultivate emotional intelligence…” —Tracee Stanley, author of Radiant Rest and Empowered Life Self-Inquiry Oracle
Sometimes our emotions are too much to handle, and we need help understanding and processing what we are feeling. The Little Yogi Deck teaches kids how to recognize and navigate these big emotions by introducing yoga and mindfulness as tools they can use to feel calmer and more in control. The deck makes important topics like strengthening attention, increasing self-awareness, and soothing the nervous system fun and easy to understand through poses like “The Wet Noodle,” “Toe-ga,” and “Grasshopper Flow.” The 48 cards are organized into eight color-coded categories—anger, worry, excitement, sadness, joy, jealousy, shame, and peace—to give kids specific practices for the variety of emotions they might be experiencing. Along with a practice, each card also features a vibrant illustration to visually depict the pose or activity. To offer additional support to parents, teachers, and caregivers, the deck includes a booklet explaining the approach for developing emotional intelligence in children through the practices offered.

So fun and interactive!
I love this deck of yogi cards that feels so relevant to what kids must be going through during these confusing times and helps the kids focus on emotions and recognize where these different feelings manifest in their bodies. I also love the fact that I usually have to participate and do it with them; which frankly helps me because adults are also healing and figuring out how to respond to emotions, especially while parenting. The cards are large and beautiful, helpfully arranged with colors that correlate to different emotions, and thoughtfully inclusive. As a mother of color, I am always looking for materials that have better representation of Black and Brown folks. Get this deck of cards. It makes yoga relevant to your kids. It helps our children and adults in their lives better understand mindfulness.

Very helpful with BIG feelings!
My daughter has really been struggling with big feelings that she canât cope with during this pandemic. Last night I was able to use the Little Yogi Deck with her and it helped so much. She was able to calm herself and recognize this would be a great coping skill for her. I am so thankful for another tool to help my daughter. I love that the cards are color coded for different emotions and feelings and they are wonderfully illustrated. I am not very familiar with yoga but Iâve always wanted to learn and the guided steps on the back of each card are well written, easy for a young child to understand and help me to help my daughter label and understand her feelings. Highly recommend this excellent yogi deck.

Top quality cards! Perfect for kids, parents, and teachers alike!
I absolutely love this card deck! As a yoga and mindfulness teacher for children, I find these cards to be among the best Iâve seen and used in my time in this field. I appreciate the look, quality, and durability of the cards. The illustrations are beautiful, the directions are the perfect length, and I love how the practices are categorized by emotion. It feels accessible and diverse as well, which is important to me as an educator.

Nice cards
These are very nice cards!
I love the size and quality of them. The exercises will depend on the age and your kid’s personality but it was doable with my kiddos, 3 and 4. We tried a couple of exercises and some of them worked others they didn’t have the patient for them.
The best part of these cards is that we can just keep them and use them as they’re growing up and eventually they will have the tools to handle their emotions.
This will make a great gift.

Great way to teach mindfulness
My kiddo is in middle school and has been dealing with trauma, anxiety, and depression. This has been a great mindfulness tool.
This summer I plan to pull a card at random daily for us to spend 10-15 minutes a day together grounding ourselves.
I also got a copy for my youngest brother whoâs in middle school as well. So this makes a great gift.

Kids yoga to strength the bodies, minds, and emotions of little ones!
Iâm a Pediatric Occupational Therapist, and very often my colleagues and I will use kids yoga with our outpatient and school kids, to help them strengthen their bodies for core strength and ultimately helping their fine motor skills, helping them to become as independent and functional in whatever setting! We will also use them to teach the children we work with how to re-set and calm their bodies, as a way to self-modulate and recognize what they are feeling!!!
We love these cards already, and look forward to using them more and more to improve the lives of the little ones we care about!

I love everything about this set. Including the intro. Some people have a problem hearing the truth. It doesn’t take away from product.
