I used the two stiffer bands on a trip. They enabled me to get a decent minimal workout in the hotel room. They look good and the stuff bag is convenient.

Long lasting and sturdy
I bought these on recommendation from my physical therapist to replace those cheap rubber bands they usually hand out. These are legit. Super well made and they seem like they will last forever. I use them daily and I love that the different resistances increase enough from each band to make it a considerable challenge, but not insurmountable. The muted green colors are also quite attractive.
