Solid mat and good grip
I purchased this mat after reading reviews of various mats and people saying that this one had a really good grip, which is the most important feature to me. I practice about 5 – 6 x per week, power, yoga, restore (sometimes I use this or a thicker mat for restore) have had it for 6 months and has lost some of the grip, although still stronger than many I have purchased new. I like that it is thin, because it is easy and relatively light to carry and allows for the ability to perform balancing poses well. and stays in place. The only complaint is that I would prefer it to come in different and darker colors (i.e., black, navy or dark gray), as they only offered lighter colors (i purchased a lighter blue) it is starting to look discolored where my feet go for downward dog. I just purchased another, even though it was a lighter green color, and I knew it would age less well than a dark color, but it was on sale for a good price.

Perfectly grippy
This mat is exactly what I was looking for. I tried so many different mats but they were never as grippy as they claimed. I fell in love with a Liforme mat, but didnât want to spend $160+ on one. This was the closest dupe I could find, and so far Iâm a fan. It has decent cushion but is still stable for balance. It is a fairly heavy mat. As many reviews have said before, it does get big sweat stains. For me personally, the functionality of it is worth it looking a little gross.

Liforme Vs Keep Nature
I ordered this Mat first in search to replace my old mat, which could no longer serve me – I hated it’s rubber, It was too foamy, did not have good grip around my hands- it was time to upgrade it. during my Seach, I was hoping to get a Mat for all purpose, Yoga, high intense workout and stretches. I found this and ordered it, then I also found/ordered liforme thicknessApprox. 4.2mm – it had a lot of good reviews and I decided that I wanted to cancel the Keep Nature but was unable too. I first recieved my liforme and used it, it came with a nice casing that you can obviously carry around, it wasn’t too heavy as well, I initially just wanted plain mat but found their middle lines helpful. It was good but the problem was my knees, it felt too thin for me and wasn’t really all purpose Mat that I hoped, although you can Additionaly purchase their mat pad for support on knees that you put on top of your mat for another $49 -75. Keep Nature Approx 5mm thickness arrived second and I opened it the next following days with in mind of returning it and had the label prepared. I was curious on how it felt and looked like so, I tried it and dare I say it – I love it!!! Perfect cushion, generous length, great for intense work out as well, well grip, good for yoga, it did’t have the casing like the Liforme but take note that Liforme was about $65 more than this one. I wanted to keep the Liforme because it’s ” boujee” and maybe as an easy carry on in the Gym – Huge pro on this one, easy and friendly use for yoga classes. However, I currently workout at home, other than that I think I have no reason to really keep it. Can’t really comment on easy of cleaning as I haven’t deep clean it.

Nice Mat
The quality of this mat is very good for the price. If you are new to yoga, know that the alignment lines differ from the standard lines (see pics). Once you understand the purpose of the lines, this will not be a problem. The biggest difference is the location and number of reverse lines. This mat has one straight line on one end instead of the two circles below the hand/feet markers. I took one star because this mat is heavy (7.70 lbs), so if you plan to take it to the studio or gym, keep this in mind. It is perfect for home use. I have not tried to clean it, so I can not comment on that. Because of the quality, I would purchase it again.

Amazing quality
I bought this mat to replace a more expensive one that I had that eventually lost its grip. Itâs a namebrand Iâm very comparable with the alignment markers which I always enjoyed. I took a chance on this one, and I am so glad I did! It is just as good, if not better quality than the namebrand that is twice the price! Itâs easy to clean, itâs soft and still supportive. As a yoga teacher, I am very picky about my math, and I am absolutely obsessed with this one! Plus itâs a very pretty color and it just makes me happy!

Pretty great yoga mat
I practice hot yoga daily and throughout the last year or so have ‘test driven’ MANY different mats.However, I keep (no pun intended) returning to this mat. It’s comfortable and long, excellent grip, has good sweat absorption, and because of the thickness it does not stretch/deform/move around during practice like some of the others I’ve tried.mEdit: Updating as this mat last me about 8 months practicing 5x a week. Went to replace it with the same one but it’s nearly twice the price as when I originally purchased.

SIMILAR TO ALO MAT
This yoga mat has perfect amount of grip for hot classes. I have used it a couple times to yoga sculpt/pilates and I donât feel I need a hand towel or am slipping. Easy cleaning/wiping down after class too!

This Yoga mat does Not have any foul odors. It is soft but Supports your knees perfectly. Steady on floor surface. I would recommend it 100%. Color Black.
