Prefect birthing ball
The size is prefect, and it comes with a pump and a spare hole cover which is a plus. The pump is very easy to use, which it only took about two minutes to fully blow upthe ball. At my third trimester of pregnancy, so Iâm looking for a better quality of exercise ball to help me relieve back pain. You can see the picture attached of comparison with other exercise ball I had, this KEEP brand ball is look smooth with excellent quality, itâs very durable and not slippery at all. I feel more comfortable and safe using this ball.

super cute keep core yoga ball
Love the color, matches with my Keep yoga mat. As usual, Keep maintained the quality of the product. The rubber smells pleasant and odorless. Comes with a small hand pump, and it does takes a little bit of effort to blow it up to the size of basket ball.

Wrinkly, but does the job
Since pilates balls are supposed to be underfilled, the wrinkles from the packaging stay on the ball. It doesnât affect functionality so I donât mind.

Works fine, wrong color sent
The ball itself works as advertised. Easy to inflate and seems sturdy and flexible. Only complaint – I ordered navy blue and received gray (even though the outside of the box says navy blue.) Makes me wonder if this was a return that got put in the wrong box. But overall really not a big deal. Gray is fine.

This Yoga/Pilates ball from Keep is professional and explosion-proof. The surface is frosted to increase stability, and the material is soft. Besides, it has good sealing performance and won’t leak. The color and style are also very cute, and this one is the same type of APP class program, which can be used in matching courses, and the training effect is better.

Great Quality
I was attracted by the light gentle pink color, not as bright as other brands. I used it as an alternative desk chair and itâs very comfortable to sit on. Great quality, very thick.

If you’re looking for a small exercise ball that can be used with your Pilates reformer, this one is a decent option. While the ball may feel a bit cheaply made, it still performs well and is a useful tool for a variety of exercises. Has a strong chemical odor that lingers but isn’t a big deal.One thing to note is that the ball does arrive with some wrinkles due to packaging, and unfortunately, these wrinkles persist even after inflating the ball. However, this doesn’t seem to affect the ball’s performance.In terms of functionality, this small exercise ball is a great size for Pilates exercises and is durable enough to handle regular use on a Pilates reformer.
