Achy feet relief
This mat has helped my daughter who has a plate in one foot relieve some discomfort after wearing certain footwear after walking long distances at school. I ended up buying a second one for myself since I stand up all day and my feet are achy. This has helped to soothe my feet . My daughter states that it also has helped her foot .

Pleasantly surprised
When I got the package I was underwhelmed by its size. I did not think it was wide enough for my liking. But after using it, I realized itâs perfectly sized. Standing on it for a few minutes & rocking helped alleviate knee pain. I guess Iâm a convert. It started as a meh, now I like it.
