Hits all the right spots to melt the tension away
Absolutely love this product. With 25 yrs in with emergency services I carry a lot of stress on me and it’s always affecting my upper back and neck. I’ve used this for the past few days and I feel the difference. My only concern is how well with this foam stand up to time… will it lose its integrity and soften… we shall see. But strongly recommend.

Pinched cervical/thoracic nerve relief
Iâve had a pinched nerve for the past 2 months. My doctor only wanted to prescribe me hardcore meds, but I knew there had to be something manual I could do to manipulate the tissues/muscles and get relief. Iâve tried several things such as a back stretcher, inflated cervical neck traction collar, and a couple of different massage/physical therapy type of tools (e.g., something akin to two tennis balls fused together to roll out my back, a tennis ball covered in a towel to dig into tight areas which helped, a back stretcher, a âCosto blockâ to loosen the area between my shoulder blades and around my thoracic spine. I didnât know exactly where the nerve is impinged, I just knew that my fingers and hand were going numb. I kid you not, the first night of using this item, I felt some relief. At first it felt worse like I was impinging on a nerve just by laying on it, but I kept moving around and relaxing my tense spots over this tool, and the next day I felt the nerve starting to heal. Itâs the second or third day since using it, and I still feel it healing. Iâve also bought ergonomic cushions and an ergonomic desk setup, but this tool was major in tackling whatever was trapped or impinged in my thoracic spine after two months of so much frustration. I love this thing.

Not durable enough
Iâve had to buy multiple products. I use this pretty much every night for neck tension and I do mash the knobs into my muscles. The foam or whatever it is erodes quickly or cracks and even when Iâm supergluing it back together the longest it could last is maybe 6 months. I wish it was sturdier.

Do not buy
This thing is worthless. It’s size and shape don’t even fit the neck area, it’s way too big. Don’t waste your money.

Helps my pain a lot
I have chronic high cervical trigger points/tension points which spasm and cause nerve entrapment down the entirety of my neck, traps, and arms. This nubby thing makes a huge difference actually. I use it daily and have less pain, and improved neck mobility. I have an active job as a veterinarian and am an athlete – what used to be sometimes debilitating has become far more manageable with this.

Pleasant surprise
I had to get used to this and it can be a little hard to place correctly, but once you finally get there it helps realign the neck. I have headaches from bulging discs and this helps. Worth the price. It does have a bit of a chemical smell that goes away after a week or so.

Good Idea But Too Soft
I bought this for my husband to try and he was not impressed with the placement of the bumps. It was also too soft for him to get any relief. A great idea in theory.
