How did we get our start?

Jade began after learning that yoga mats on the market were slippery and made with PVC, a toxic chemical. So we developed the first natural rubber yoga mat.

What makes our products unique?

Jade mats are made in the U.S. with natural rubber, tapped from rubber trees in Vietnam. Not only are Jade mats non-toxic, but they also provide more grip and comfort than any other mat on the market.

    This is a great Yoga Block!
    Not only is this Yoga Block sturdy but it’s also cute as hell. It’s made with great materials and authentic cork. I love it! I’m going to get another one and I’m gifting a set to my best friend who is just getting back into yoga.

    Sturdy
    This cork yoga block is very sturdy. I was gifted a block for my birthday and liked it so much I decided to purchase another one. So now I have a matched pair of sturdy cork blocks for my practice. I have both cork and foam blocks and I prefer to use the cork blocks more. I’m very pleased with the quality of this product which is worth the price.

    A bit pricey, but you get what you pay for. I LOVE these blocks-they feel great on my hands, offer amazing stability, no slip support and feel like they’ll last a lifetime. Very excited about this purchase.

    I own two of them now. I love the fact that it’s sustainable, that is natural (the look, the feel, and yes the smell)… totally sturdy (I’m 180lbs) and I bought the large ones. They are sizable. Very pleased, a great compliment to my practice.

    So glad I bought this, and not a foam one!
    Very sturdy block. I’m (sorta) new to yoga, and have been practicing hard. But, I’m not yet as flexible as I’d like, so I needed a block, but didn’t want a foam one. This block was priced well, so I decided to try it. I’m glad I did. This block helps me keep my balance and helps me stretch further than I could without one. One day, I’ll be able to do a half-moon pose without it. Until then, this is just what I need.

    I never knew how high quality a block could be until I switched to these jade blocks. I have a jade mat as well and will never go back to the foam blocks. Super sturdy and comfortable to use.

    Yoga Cork Brick
    I really like Jade yoga company. I was looking for a block to use as support as some poses–under my bum or leg. For that purpose this block is so hard—it isn’t a good match. It’s well made and sturdy. I could see if I was using it to place my hand on it would be ok. Just know there isn’t really any give. So if you are looking for something really sturdy–it’d be perfect. For my needs–it isn’t what I was looking for.

    Hmm… This should be an interesting review because I didn’t buy this thing to aid with any form of exercise – I actually bought it for my other half as I bought a small step-ladder bench thing recently to help my other half mount our horse, only the ladders are about four inches shy of her being able to mount him comfortably. We looked and looked for a lightweight block of some sort that would work to boost the height of the ladder and it was only when I stumbled across these cork Yoga block thingies that I realised that I might have found the right thing.So, there’s not really much to say – this is a big solid lump of cork. I’ve no idea how this aids with Yoga, but it certainly acts as a damn fine booster step for a set of ladders.
