This system Rocks for the price, the quality, variety and even the exercise pad far exceeds our expectations!We have owned a gym for 30 years, and bought a plethora of fitness equipment in all its varieties! but for an upcoming trip we needed a full set of cables, and this set has it ALL!! The Quality is unbelievable for the price! I actually bought a set for 90$ and had to send it back due to its ineffecincies! My son found this and I was skeptical because of the low price, but I’m telling you the Quality and variety is better than even some of the commercial sets we have purchased for the gym!! This set is complete and Amazing and I would highly recommend, do not hesitate!

This is a great product. The hand grips are adequite size and good comfort. I use them almost daily and no problem with wear and tear so far.

Seems great at first but the weights are completely off, much lighter than labeled
Compared to other resistance band sets this one seems good at first, and good price too! The carabiners are good quality and heavy duty. The handles are also good quality. I like the color scheme of the bands. It all seemed good except that the weights felt lighter than I thought they should be. So i got myself a hanging scale to test the weights on these. They are much lighter weight than what is listed on each band. They are still useful, just know that they are not as heavy as they list.

I cannot speak to longevity but I was very impressed with the quality of these bands. In particular the attachments. The handles are really great as are the hooks to attach them to the band. Usually I have to order separate attachments but not with this product.
