These are THE bands
The width of these bands is what sets them above the rest. Thereâs a lot more that you can do with a wider band. Also, the resistances of these bands are STOUT. You wonât really need to double up or mix colors to get the resistance you need.

Study pull up Bands
These bands are GREAT for learning to do pull ups. They provide great assistance without taking away the movements your body would have to do to master the move. Great value for the money!

Sticky??
These bands are great. They’ve helped me work on building up my pull up count and rehabbing my shoulders. So far they haven’t snapped. They’re great, but oddly sticky. They stick to each other and to the pull up bar in kind of a weird way. Not a deal breaker by any stretch. Just odd. I guess it means they won’t dry out and crack? So maybe a bonus?

Dad canât wait to get started
My dad ( 77 years old ) asked if I could get him a set of exercise bands for himself to do at home. So here I go. I came across this set with the weights printed on each of the bands. From light to heavy or weak to strong. Then I looked up videos on YouTube for seniors, so that he could follow along to. So far, he loves them.( sorry no pics )

Good quality and tension
Originally I got these for stretching and rehabbing injured muscles but I have found these to be useful in many other applications as well. The rubber feels nice and durable. I have had no problem with tension loss during use and the preform perfectly. The range of resistance is great and serves all my necessities from lighter rehab to more moderate resistance movements, as well as full body weight assistance during pull ups and dips.

Exactly what I needed
Iâm 40. And I just decided I wanted to do 10 pull ups straight as a goal. I canât do one!My shoulders are tight, underdeveloped, and Iâm overweight to boot.My wife and I started working out and are progressing well. These band def gave me the proper pull movement I needed as well as a boost to get started. I used the thickest band firstâat 2 or 3 reps and Iâd have to take a break!!!! My goal was 30 a day, 3 times a week. Then Iâd up it to 4 reps, 8 times till I get to 30. The following week 5 reps, week after 6, you get what Iâm saying. A little over a month I got all the way to 10 reps in one shot. So now I bumped down a band and started the process, this time I was able to push out 6 reps, so Iâll start there.Iâm just saying, I couldnât do a singe pull up. I didnât have the muscle or form or anything to even start. These bands helped me for sure.Eventually, Iâll just do them without the bands. So yea, my take

Good value for excersize bands
I purchased these to use as assistance bands for pull ups. I wanted some larger capacity bands to use and selected these based upon the reviews. These were priced as a good value and came packaged well and easy to use. I am perfectly satisfied with these bands and while there is nothing incredible about them there is also nothing bad about them. They are good, fairly priced resistance bands. RECOMMENDATION: If you are looking to get bands for assistance I would go with higher weight bands and if you are looking for resistance I would go with the lower weight bands. Also, a set like these are more versatile that purchasing one or two individual bands.
