My daughter & I are both yoga instructors and in moving to take small classes within our home, usually students bring their own mats, but these are nice enough to have on hand, without spending on a Manduka or Lululemon. Subsequently they arenât as thick, but you get what you pay for.

I like a thinner mat to keep the weight down when transporting it. It feels very light and doesn’t take up a lot of space.

Overall comfortable and a nice mat but gets way too slippery the second your hands or feet start to sweat. Not worth the extra cushion.
