Convenient yoga aid
I got this wedge to use under my hands in yoga class because I’ve been having pain in the heels of my palms. It helps somewhat, but not as much as I’d hoped. More of a me problem than the wedge itself lol I prefer sitting on this instead of a block, so I still find it useful.I like the color & that it’s very light weight. Its also held up well – for over a year, I kept it in my car between classes, through all sorts of temperatures/ humidity & I store it with my cork blocks, which have a rough-ish texture.My only complaint is that I wish the edge on the high end was softer/ more rounded – it’s a little uncomfortable when I’m putting all my weight on my hands & the edge presses into my palms.

Keeps away shin splints
I’m a runner and I do a lot of strength and mobility work. My PT had me doing calf raises on a 3″ half foam roller, but that was too steep for me. This wedge has just the right amount of incline and it’s comfortable to use in bare feet. When I do calf raises on this wedge, I don’t get shin splints when I run.

Used to Support Leg After Hip Surgery
I bought this item for use after a hip revision surgery. It was important that my leg stay straight and not roll out (or in) for several weeks after surgery. I placed the wedge in a pillow case and put it on the outside of my operated leg from the ankle to the knee. It worked great. It was just enough lift to keep my leg from rolling out and gave good support so it was comfortable. Maybe Iâll take up Yoga as part of my extended recovery. Right now Iâm just working on getting to walk again and am unable to bend much. The product is great and I was very happy to have found it to use.

Good but slippery
My Occupational Therapist recommended this wedge when I was recovering from a wrist fracture. The angle is right, but as other customers have noted, it is slippery when used by itself. You do not get the grip that you get from a yoga mat when youâre in down dog. But if you fold the top of your yoga mat over the wedge, it works quite well.

So helpful and light weight
I love this soooo much, itâs been super helpful for both yoga and lifting weights! Itâs very comfortable and has very good grip while using for both feet and hands. I love using this for goblet squats and elevated lunges. Very helpful for stretching and getting the right angle to keep your spine straight and chest up right while doing yoga, helps with balance extremely. I am a beginner yogi and Iâve found this to be so helpful.

Let’s me do yoga again even with early stage carpal tunnel symptoms
I purchased this item because I started having carpal tunnel symptoms a few years ago and had to stop doing yoga because so many poses put way too much pressure on my wrists. I am generally very pleased with the wedge. I can finally do yoga again! I do wear wrist supports during practice, and it took a little bit of practice to get the hang of using the wedge without my hands sliding down it too much. I wish I had thought to look for this years ago! Not sure if it would help someone with advanced carpal tunnel, but for me it’s great!

It didnât cure my wrists, but it sure did help me to be able to be in table top for long amounts of time while I strength trained my wrists and regained their flexibility without having to for-go my regular work out. Highly recommend, it keeps its shape and the colour is cute, especially if you have an aesthetic workout gear set ^_^
