It is all seperate pieces
This thing is great. My only complaint is that it’s all seperate pieces. Which is great for kids who want to switch it up alot. But as a mama I’m concerned we might lose a piece and render the balance beam useless.

A great gross motor toy
I have shared before that my niece has had trouble with her center of gravity and balance as she is learning how to walk. This balance beam has been a fun way to help her learn to use her balance and work on her center of gravity. Not only because you can attach the planks together but you can line them up. Placing object on the board to change the surface and add elements to encourage foot placement and work on the core muscles that help develop walking skills. The beam was easy to assemble out of the box. The wooden structure is sturdy, which add confidence that this will with stand weight and last for a long time. My niece has been using this for over a month now and her walking skills have been improving. This is a great activity to help develop those important skills or to inspire gymnastic dreams for young minds.

Awful. Small, flimsy and useless
Incredibly small. My very tiny 2 year old knocks it apart trying to walk on it. His little feet are way too big for it (and my son is tiny. 1% small).Not worth it. Waste of money. Worst gift we got this Christmas to be honest. Not even worth 1 star.

Good balance beams
These are nice little balance beams for your little ones to use. They are ready right out of the box. While the pictures make the beams look bigger than thay actually are, the beams are still a good size. You can arrange them in whatever way you would like. It is nice that each beam has a different “obstacle” or pattern so your little one is just not walking across each beam easily. Overall good balance beams to help your little one develop their balance.

Great quality wood
I ordered this balance beam for my younger kids. The love it. It is a little challenging which is good. I didn’t want it to be so easy that they got bored with it quickly. It can be made into a few different designs to keep it fresh and fun. It can be laid out or hooked into a circle shape. It does need to be used inside if it is wet outside as the wood should not get wetThe balance beam encourages physical activity plus helps improve balance and coordination, which is important to me. The balance beam isn’t huge but when we use it inside that works better in our space.I rated it four star review because it said it came with a canvas bag to store it in. I didn’t receive the storage bag which will make it harder to keep the pieces together and not lose them.

This is a well built set made from quality materials. Itâs sanded to a silky smooth finish and has no rough spots. The colors are vibrant. Itâs easy to change the configuration and offers a lot of fun play options for the kids.
