Takes getting used to!
This Natural Stone Foot Acupressure Mat is unique. I have never seen anything quite like this. I walk a lot and wanted something to sooth my feet. The rocks are all rounded, nothing sharp. When I first started using this, it was not comfortable. I was using the included slippers which made it more tolerable. The more I used it, the more soothing it got. Now, it feels like a massage for the soles of my feet. It is well made and quite sturdy. Extra rocks and some glue are included in case a rock or two come off. This has not happened to me, but it is nice to have. That being said, I have a foot massager that is electric. You put your feet in it and it massages your all around your feet. You can adjust the amount of pressure/squeeze you want. When comparing the two I would choose the electric foot massager. It is similar in price. This mat is nice, but I prefer a different type of foot massage.

Just ok. Doesn’t really do much for my feet.
Doesn’t really do that much for foot massaging relief for me. If anything it can actually feel more inconvenient and you can hurt yourself pretty easily. I was hoping to use this at my standing desk for some much needed relief, but I think I’m going to discontinue using it.

Great for tired feet
I really enjoy walking on this mat you can feel all the stones touching all the pressure points on the bottom of your feet. I like to walk the on the mat a couple of time in the morning before going to work. Itâs also use the mat at night before bed to help me relax. The mat came with extra stones and glue in case you need them to replace missing or damaged rocks. The mat does have some weight to it but, itâs easy to move it around.

Cheaply made
You could tell that the stones have been hot glued as there were still strings of dried glue all over the mat. Also, the felt that theyâve been glued on was also very cheap. If they wouldâve put more effort and higher quality materials into this it wouldâve been worth the price, but it is not- I will be returning.

Not at all therapeutic
I did not find this to be therapeutic at all. It was. not a good massager mat. It was very uncomfortable. Several. people tried it out and nobody really liked the way that it made it feel. It’s better than just stepping on rocks, but it’s basically just stepping on rocks.
