As expected!
The box it came in was ridiculously large but we had a good laugh and now itâs my catâs new castle. Aside from that, I love this thing! Me and my teen have trouble motivating ourselves to do yoga or stretching, and part of that is not knowing what to do. This mat gives us some poses to try (and Iâve done a yoga class before but a long time ago) and it allows us to pick and choose what we feel like doing without needing to pull up a video necessarily.I feel the grip is good, itâs a good thickness, and the large size of the mat is really helpful. Not really something that I would consider easily portable, but it does roll up and come with a storage bag so itâs possible!

The poses are large enough that you can copy them easily. You should have no excuse not to stretch. Simple but great idea for an exercise mat. Sometimes you want to shut off screens and focus on exercise.

This Matt is exactly what it says and more. The poses are in great pictures and details are accurate. Comes with convenient bag for when not in use. Store lying down or standing up. The use of this product can be used for a variety of things besides yoga. Think MMA, kids mat (learning tool for them, bonus). Engaging overall. Durable under extended conditions. (Fair warning-not recommended for animals teething, product will not withstand the end result)

Great for new yoga instructor
As a new yoga instructor, I was worried about not remembering all the positions and their names. This mat allows me to practice at home, and teach, with prompts right at my feet [literally]! A nice boost of confidence!

Love but, You slip while holding poses.
Love this mat for the most part! Its nice and thick giving lots of cushion. I do love the feel of it. I like having the poses printed on the mat. It eliminates the need to come up with a routine. Just pick poses as you go or do them all which is what Im doing. I bought the 4×6 and I love the size of it! The only issue I have so far is my feet slipping while holding poses. There is a thin slick coating on the mat which is causing the slipping. I have never used yoga socks before but here I am leaving a review on this mat and after I will look for some yoga socks to purchase here. Overall, Im very happy with it!

Great product
Recommend, it creates enough space to do the stretches and gives instructions on how to do them. I am just beginning to learn yoga stretches and instead of having to stop and review it the stretch is drawn out for me.

Love this mat, it has just about every pose you can think of pictured!
I am a yoga teacher and I was looking for a larger yoga mat to use in my home studio. While searching, I came across this item. I liked the fact that the yoga and stretching poses were clearly pictured and the mat is fairly large. It is not a mat that you want to carry around with you even though it comes with a carrying bag. Rather, it is perfect for a home yoga studio or workout room. It’s easy to clean and fairly “grippy” which is a requirement for yoga mats. I would definitely recommend this one if you are looking for a larger mat.
