These bands feel very sturdy. I was a little nervous at first, the price was pretty low for how many you get. But they feel nice. They can be used separately or combined for more resistance. My boyfriend is on the tall side the length off these bands were perfect for him. All in all great purchase.

If you are tired of being injured by weight slinging and machine pressed, then you have a nice , safe way to exercise. Band come in different colors corresponding to a weight. They are very substantial and will last a long time. Great value for for your dollar!

Bought this on sale for 10 bucks! Thatâs a great buy. It took about week and half to two weeks to receive. Iâm used to reviving products sooner.The thickness of makes these resistant bands very durable and they are super easy to use. Easy to pick when traveling to keep up on my exercise routine.
I had an issue with the lock , for some reason it still opens even if the lock is applied. The main purpose for my purchase was to had a secure lock . –

Amazon had a1day price drop to $9.99 so I bought this item. I am a below-knee amputee and use this to work out from my wheelchair. A little adaptation to the work out poster and away I go. So far, so good.Amazing what you can do with this product. Upper body gets a good work out. Feels like this is meant to last quite a while. Item even worth the full price.

Door anchor and clips
The bands themselves are okay. The resistance feels a little bit off though. As for the door anchor, it is made of quality material, however it is too thin and constantly falls out of the door before you can close it and seal it in. Add to that, the metal clips are on the small side so attaching multiple clips/bands to them doesn’t work well.If I were to manufacturer, I would give slightly larger clips and definitely improve the anchors to have more balanced weight on each end to prevent them from falling out all the time.
