Great bands
I kept seeing ads for the Arena strength bands, but I don’t know that I can justify spending $50 on some elastic…especially when I’m not even sure if I’ll enjoy the workouts. So I went ahead and decided to give these a try. Excellent price, plus I really like the colors (sorry Arena–just because I’m female, that doesn’t mean I want everything pink). These are soft and easy to hold, and have a rubber grip on the inside of the bands, which I find really helpful when stepping or kneeling on them. Unlike the rubber tube bands, I don’t fear that these are going to snap, and I’m going to take a plastic handle to the eye. I appreciated that the manufacturers included a little flyer with some exercises, but there were only like, 5…I wish they had some more listed. But hey, that’s what youtube is for!

Realiable
Unlike the rest of the reviewers, did not think these were super hard, but they’re well made. They’re what you’d expect them to be in terms of resistance bands, though within these first three months the lowest resistance band is already coming apart, I imagine because of the extra tear and wear.

Really good, compact workout kit
Really like the product overall. I use the roller near everyday. It’s a really good one, not too big like a lot of others, and its basically 2 in 1. The bands are really durable. I’ve been using mostly just one, for over a year and its still has a bunch of resistance in it, hasn’t lost any as far I can tell. And, they are really comfortable in use, no slipping down your legs or bunching or anything gettin in the way of a good workout.

Good bands
A few years ago I had tried to order Arena Strength long and short bands set from the company. To make a long long story short , I recently donated the long bands set. Never did get the short band set. I bought these. Nice , easy to use and half or more LESS expensive than Arena Strength brand! I would never order exercise equipment from the company again, after this experience. Only from Amazon.

These work great.
They were recommended to me by my strength and conditioning coach. I’ve been using them for a few months. They are holding up well, have just enough “stickiness” they don’t roll up my legs; the width is perfect; the difference in strength between each color is noticeable. I would recommend them to others.

those are really good bands and have a great resistance. if you get really strong you can put 2 bands together (that’s what i do) and it works great.

I would not have thought that you could get such awesome results from something like these band workouts! The bands isolate muscle groups and the bands are great at staying in place. I would recommend these to anyone! The portability goes without saying.ðððð
