Comfortable
his yoga mat is comfortable and meets my needs. This mat is a slightly more narrow than my previous mat (check the dimensions), but still works for me. It comes with a carrying case, which is great for transporting and keeping the mat together. It rolls up nicely to fit within the bag, even after use.There is no smell, so that’s nice.

Good firm and thick mat with some odor and… glitter
This mat has an odor to it, but it’s not as strong as my older XL yoga mat that’s made of a similar but softer material. The older mat is 5 years old and still has that foam rubbery plastic smell, so I don’t have faith this one will fade either.You can see the blurry dot on my finger in the picture and a bit of sparkle on the mat itself. I can’t tell if the glitter is only on the surface, or if it’s part of the mat material. I’ve washed it and there’s still some shedding. It’s not the most invasive glitter I’ve encountered, bit still gives me pause in recommending bringing it into your home.I use a hot yoga towel on top of my mats, so neither issue is a big deal for me, but I think it’s worth mentioning because glitter and toxic fumes both aren’t what you’re probably expecting from an “eco-friendly” yoga mat.The size is good, but it’s a little hard to roll tight enough to fit in the included bag. Still, I appreciate having the bag for going to group classes. I’d just prefer if it also had a strap to keep it rolled while you try to slide it into the bag, or a strap alone.

As designed!
This is a perfect yoga mat for all level of yoga enthusiasts. Has a nice level of padding and the non-slip grip is true stated. I used it on my tile floor with a back roll bar and it did not move and it provided the right level of cushion. Rolls up great and it did not have a rubber smell that some have when brand new. Win, win!

What I love about this mat is that it is anti-slip. I feel very secure in my poses and don’t even think about the possibility of slipping which is fantastic. I like the lines on the mat, although I don’t yet know how to use them. The downside is that it has a TERRIBLE smell. I’m quite sensitive to smell, so laying down on the mat is not something I can do right now. Hopefully the smell will dissipate over time. I’m laying it out to uncurl a bit and to air out. The thickness and size are good and I use it on a carpeted area. The mat doesn’t ever feel cold when I get on even though it’s chilly. That’s a nice little bonus to my bare feet.

Pattern Great For Body Alignment Issues
The pattern lines on this Yoga mat are WAY cooler than I initially anticipated. Left/right imbalances of your body become much more obvious, especially if you video yourself and watch later. For instance, check out my quick video, I thought I had stepped back to the same distance as my other foot. I FELT straight. As you can see, I was not. Hello pelvic rotation to my right.The texture on this Yoga pad is nice and grippy on both top and bottom to minimize slipping. I noticed some downward dog slide when both my hands and the mat were dry. A quick wipe with a damp cloth remedied that. The pad is thick enough to cushion my knees on hard surfaces while still stable enough for one legged balance poses.The yoga bag is a tight fit and there is no stretch to it. While that might work for long term storage, it takes more effort to use than I prefer for daily yoga. Trapping moisture in a tight roll becomes more of a risk. The struggle to get that grippy mat in the bag is real. And keeping it stored so tightly makes it difficult to flatten out that inner most curl, though the flattening may be less of a issue in warmer environments. Iâll probably replace the bag with a strap.

Beautiful color, thick
I have tried several yoga mats, and this one is a great thickness for a standard yoga mat. The design is lovely, but purely cosmetic and has no bearing on my workouts, obviously. The color is a nice, rich blue and it does look pretty. No overwhelming chemical smell, like some others, and I would recommend this for the price point. If you’re looking for something with a bit of pizzazz, this is nice.
