Can’t quit this product!
Over the years I have become more and more stringent about buying individual oils and blending them myself as opposed to pre-blends. That way I can control the amount of how much of the more expensive oils are used in the combination and not just paying for something that is supposed to be an appropriate synergistic blend, but where they charge you for a blend with pricier plant oil components but skimp on the more expensive additions. The other beef I have is with MLM companies. Both YL and DoTerra have good quality artisanal oils but I do not support pyramid companies no matter how you present it. Pure, high quality essential oils are expensive enough as it is! We should not have to deal with mark ups for multi level marketing platforms on top of everything else!DoTerra will also try to tell you that their company is the only one with the CPTG rating. (Certified Pure Tested Grade). They are. That is because with the formation of their company in 2008 they also patened the phrase CPTG and after testing the oils themselves will give their oils the rating that they are only company trademarked to do so! (Kind of like grading your own test and then some..) Oh with these MLMs the marketing schemes never end. Lol!Also, the fact that essential oils are a healing system that, along with reputable distillaries world wide, have been around for centuries and DoTerra has only been around since 2008 should tell you that there are obviously other high quality oils that are also therapeutic quality without the incresed markup and certification hype.NOW HAVING SAID THAT… Their oils ARE high quality (so if you are going to overpay, at least it is not on a crap product) and like the Thieves blend from Young Living, this is the one blend that DoTerra has that I continue to purchase because it is so unique and amazing! There have been many respiratory blends created by many EO companies. I can even make one close to this as I have all of the oils listed individually (and many of my oils in combo and individualy will get the same therapeutic results) but I can’t quite copy this addicting aroma. I LOVE IT! I use it even when I don’t need respiratory support. It is soooo refreshing and fabulous. I will not even take away one star for some of the absurdities presented by their pyramid marketing. This blend itself is too good of a masterpiece and deserves all the praise it can get.You just have smell it and know for yourself!

Quality blend, but I prefer the YL blend and container
I have really bad asthma and I’m very prone to respiratory illnesses that then exacerbate my asthma even more. Last year, I purchased one of young living’s breathe again roll-ons and had a large reduction in asthma symptoms as well as encouraged sinus and ear drainage. I’d been hearing great things about doTERRA’s oil blends, and this was a bit cheaper than I could find the breathe again so I thought I’d give it a shot. The scent is soothing and pleasant. It’s a bit more earthy than the YL blend, I think it’s the laurel leaf. By that, I don’t mean that the scent is earthy smelling, don’t get me wrong, just moreso than the YL – which I think might have more peppermint and eucalyptus making it smell a little more menthol-y to me. I think this blend is a little bit more mellow and soothing, whereas the YL is a bit more…sinus clearing (though I don’t find it uncomfortably so).I have noticed a reduction of my respiratory symptoms with this. I use it topically, as needed, but especially at night, and it definitely seems to be quality. I’m certainly not disappointed it. However, the YL blend seems to help my asthma and sinus symptoms a bit more than this, so I’m planning to switch back after I finish this bottle.I also prefer the bottle for the YL – the roll on, since I use it topically and not for diffusion. This has a typical rubber dripper top thing on it that you see with EOs, but the hole is significantly bigger, rather than dispensing a drop at a time it kind of gently pours out of the bottle. This makes it impossible to apply in the dark for me without wasting oil or making a mess, and when I have bad sinus congestion sometimes I wake up in the middle of the night and apply some to help clear it. I also just feel like it’s harder to apply topically in general due to this. I don’t really like to put it on my fingers because then I need to wash it off (so I don’t rub my eye or something), and I feel like that’s wasting expensive oils, so turning it upside-down on my fingertip and then rubbing the oil where i want it isn’t an ideal option to me. If I was using it for diffusing this bottle style would definitely be preferable, but not for topical application, in my opinion.

Scent mister in bathroom

Stra costoso. Non noto nessuna ulteriore differenza con gli oli più comuni della farmacia. Decisamente non vale il prezzo richiesto. Il profumo comunque è gradevole ma non pazzesco.

Always helps me and my family to clear nose. Sometimes we just rub it onto palms and breathe in, sometimes I add it into diffuser
