    Informative book
    I have followed Danielle on some of her YouTube videos, but wanted a book to do my facial yoga without the TV. This book is so informative, I love having the illustrations and the explanations of each exercise. Easy to follow.

    If you want to look good on the outside as well as feel wonderful on the inside:)
    I love this book, its well written with illustrated pictures of the facial yoga exercises as well as description what it strengthen or does for you. I might be a little biased since I have been following Danielle for quite some time now and find her incredibly inspiring as well as I can see a huge difference in my face and my skin just feels stronger.Its also a very cute book and in a handy pocket size book which makes its easy to bring in handbag or such.Thanks Danielle for sharing your secrets x Iia

    Not so simple to build a consistent routine.
    On the whole, this is a good book, but I found it hard to follow. For me, it was information overload, too many pages. In addition, I didn’t enjoy its illustrations or quality of design. It contains some good exercises, but somehow it just didn’t come together in its presentation.

    Even better than expected!
    I have been a fan of Danielle Collins face yoga for many years and have all her dvd’s and follow her on Facebook and Instagram so I have been so looking forward to her book and it arrived yesterday!!! It is a beautiful book and i love the size of it! Have already looked through it and it will be so easy to use every day and can take it with when I travel. I love the way it is divided up by parts of the face which makes it easy to target areas of concern.Danielle is so positive and inspirational and I will be gifting this book to friends!!!!

    I highly recommend this book! Danielle Collins techniques are very effective, and the book is easy to follow. You can pick and choose areas to work on and all the exercises are truly effective, especially when used in combination!

    DOESN’T SHOW FULL EXERCISES
    I WATCHED HER ON MY COMPUTER AND WHEN SHE DOES EXERCISES FOR EYE BAGS SHE DOES MANY EXERCISES FOR THAT PROBLEM. ITS A COMPLETE VERSION. I GOT THE BOOK SO I COULD DO IT IN THE BATHROOM MIRROR BEFORE CLEANING MY FACE. THERE WAS ONLY ONE EXERCISE IN THE BOOK FOR EYE BAGS. NOT A GOOD BUY VERY DISAPPOINTED. GUESS HAVE TO TAKE. MY I PAD INTO THE BATHROOM TO DO THESE EXERCISES

    This book is a handy sized , compact book.The exercises are easy to understand , there’s a good selection of exercises and they’re easy to do . This has given a lady who’s no spring chicken a bit of a boost and optimism for a few less wrinkles !
