Amazing
My 3 year old son has ASD (autism) and he sometimes has a hard time calming down, I thought introducing him to yoga would be a great way to help him find some balance when he is overstimulated and overwhelmed. I also wanted to make sure he practices good physical health. This dvd has been so much fun and effective. the first time we used it, he jumped right into it and he was super excited. He laughed and really enjoyed himself. He had us do it 3 times. It was a great bonding experience. Its definitely worth buying. I’m so glad I bought all 3.

We love everything about Cosmic Kids yoga. Can’t say enough. We use the online content and have these for travel purposes and because we want to help support this company to keep them doing what they do. It is engaging for the little one and gets the introduction to yoga going with such fun and light-hearted content. Love all of the various themes. Our little one asks for it all the time. And it is so good to start this healthy habit young. I think this is just one of the best products I’ve seen for kids. I’m not a fan of much screen time for kids but this is worth it. I’d give it a million stars if I could. Absolutely love the whole series.

Fun For Kids
I purchased this for my daughter to do after school to help with her posture , focus and to calm her after a crazy day at school. The host is adorable and my daughter loves it even my toddler gets in on the action!

Kids love Cosmic Yoga!
I learned about Cosmic Yoga after my grandson started greeting me in a “yoga” way. His preschool teacher later told me the class does yoga as part of their curriculum, and then I learned it was yoga for children. Okay, that’s awesome! That’s how I ended up purchasing the series. My four year old granddaughter also loves Cosmic Yoga. The woman leading each 15 minute session tells a cute story, and the poses match an animal or action at that point in the story. I also find the sessions to be quite fun. I would also highly recommend the series to anyone who needs to modify a yoga routine, or maybe wants to move through moves more frequently. As you can imagine, a child is not made to move slowly through an adult-oriented yoga routine.

My class of children love this DVD. It is easy enough for them to follow and engaging enough to keep them entertained. After a little initial guidance they do not need my help and it is very sweet when you catch them helping each other. The end of the afternoon is calmer and so I would recommend this DVD.Bad points: at times a little too fast changing from pose to pose and a little too much getting up and sitting back down again then getting up and then sitting back down for old fogeys like me to keep up. Children don’t seem to mind though.I would recommend for KS1 and possibly year 3.

Bought for 5 year old son. Fantastic DVD with excellent instructions from Jamie. 3x20min stories based on life skills ( accepting yourself as you are, bullying) , your child can choose which character to play, the yoga poses are all part of the story. I put it on and he follows it while I cook dinner, he loves it. Would love more yoga dvds from Jamie to suit him as he gets older. Please do more!

Kids love it (aged 6 and 8) great way to calm them and they have also discovered the joy of meditation. It’s good that you have the choice of just doing one part of it and the kids enjoy choosing which story they want to do. Had crazy to calm before but it lasted too long for them, will definitely be trying the other 2 cosmic kids dvds
