Great blocks
Before these, I had a single cork yoga block that I bought a long time ago because I found it on clearance somewhere. I was excited to get these because they are a pair. I was never able to find another cork block that was the same exact size as the first one, so I just use it to stand on to reach my cat in her tree. I have other regular foam yoga blocks, which I will still use, because sometimes you want something a bit softer than cork. But these cork blocks are the bomb! They don’t squish, they are solid. At first they are a little dusty with cork powder but that goes away with use. Cork is a natural material, so it is what it is. These cost more than foam blocks, but they will last a very long time, unless your dog chews on them. So, take care of them!

Solid support for yoga and more
These cork yoga blocks are the real deal – from right out of the box, their heft and stability are an asset for all of our poses and stretches as we get back to pre-pandemic mobility and physical health. They can manage the transfer of my weight with stability and essentially become an extension of whatever part of our body is using them. Their weight brings stability, and the cork has a gentle non-slide, yet soft (as in non-harsh, it does not appreciatively compress) contact with the floor with our home use, that we can approach poses and complex stretches with extra confidence. We have used these for yoga, pilates and a few recorded fitness programs, and are absolutely thrilled with them. We have joked that they are a stand-in for hand weights when we end up moving them around, however, if you can unpack and shelve groceries, these have similar, slight weight. These are great cork yoga blocks that will get regular use.

Heavy and Solid
They are very solid and study cork yoga blocks. I have Gaiam 3″ Soft Non Slip Foam yoga bricks for years. I tried 4″ Cork blocks my teacher had. Not only they are made of natural material but also the size was better fit for me. These blocks can be used for meditation or any Yoga style. Natural cork surface provides excellent grip and a firm, comfortable seat for meditation. I especially love to use them in Restorative and Yin Yoga. The large and solid block with bolsters help to stabilize for a long period. These blocks are so dense it’s pretty heavy (2.4 lbs each) and sweat doesn’t get soaked into blocks fast so I can wipe it off. If you have an oily forehead or use EO regularly, I would put a small yoga towel so you won’t get a few oil stained spots. This will last for a long time.

Very sturdy and substantial
I have tried many foam yoga blocks in classes and at home. Never really liked how light they are. Something about it just lacks substance. I like these blocks because they feel like they’re there when you’re holding them. They also stay put when you place them somewhere. The cork has a nice feel and grip to it. It stays put on the floor when leaning or placing weight on it. I found these to be the perfect yoga blocks for me. I would strongly recommend these to anyone who feels like a traditional yoga block seems flimsy or too light. For reference, I am a 165lb athletic man. This would work for anyone who likes a substantial feel.

Solid!
I wasn’t so sure at first at the cost for what you’re getting (2 yoga blocks) but I was pleasantly surprised:+ These things are weighty and solid!I can see someone who is heavy not getting the support they need from those cheap blocks out there. But these ones feel like they will hold the 250-300lb person when necessary (don’t quote me on that, but they sure feel like that).+ standard sizeOVERALL:Worth every penny, especially if you want to feel more stable.

Comfortable natural material
Starting yoga and I needed some help and these are amazing. Lightweight, sturdy, and easy to clean. I have had no issues at all. The missing piece is from a 3 year old who was not using them for yoga.

Thick non-sliding cork blocks
There are so many things one can do with cork yoga blocks. They can add reach; they can be used even as footrests – no kidding. The thing is, they don’t slip and slide. For some reason, even on nylon carpeting or rugs, they maintain a grip on the floor. Many other types of blocks will slip, compromising the whole experience. I enjoy using these blocks and having two of them.

Sturdy and Light-Weight
I needed two support blocks and I thinking about using either pushup bars or pieces of wood. I’m happy I found these instead. The blocks are very sturdy and light-weight. While I am using them for various stretching exercises–I know I will be using them for other things as well.
