Great value for a quality product
First off, these are compression clothes, if you arenât reasonably fit for your height, BMI, then you may have a tough time getting into & out of them, especially the shirt. Consider a larger size. Overall the quality & fit is excellent. I was a little concerned that at the price point that they would not offer the compression that I was after, but that concern was unfounded.The cut, seams and fit are excellent with no binding, chafing or creeping after extended wear & vigorous activity. The shirt has a grip coating inside the bottom hem. It will stay in place on your skin or probably some other material but it doesnât grip well to the matching bottoms. Not a problem as it will end up at your belt line and stay there. The shirt is cut long, around 4â-6â below your belt line. The breathability is exceptional, any better and youâve have to run naked. Actually these are better than naked because they evaporate the sweat instead of it pouring off your body. If you are running or working out in front of a fan, you can feel the air against your bare skin. Iâve run several 5Kâs in typical Florida heat, in both the shorts, & full length pants and of course the shirt. I opt for the long pants as they provide support for my calves and they are actually cooler due to the improved sweat evaporation than just the shorts. Iâm considering going with the long sleeve shirt for the same reason.Running solitary, I wouldnât worry too much about modesty, the bottoms do a good job keeping everything in place and smoothed. If you run an event or work out around other people, then you might want to wear some running shorts. Be sure to find the lightest, thinest, no liner, side cut shorts that you can, anything worn over (or under) will feel hot. Same if you decide to wear something over the shirt. My first time out, I wore a t-shirt which was a mistake. I wonât wear anything but the CompressionZ layer unless I need the shorts for modesty.I didnât know quite what to expect in the way of performance but afterwards it was immediately apparent. Since I mainly wear these while running, keeping your muscles supported & keeping them from jarring/moving/flopping when they relax while your feet pound the pavement makes a tremendous difference in recovery afterwards. This was most evident in my calves. With my calve muscles slamming with each step, theyâd ache for days afterwards. Keeping them supported prevents that pain and I can easily run consecutive days. The same is true for your pects, oblique back muscles, glutes etc.Overall, Iâm very pleased wth the product, a few more color selections would be really nice. Since I work out every day, I reordered several more sets to get me between washings. A great value in compression wear.

Own your manhood – shun over-shorts
WOW! These leggings rock! Just did a quad workout with these and totally loved it.When I first got these “tights” (sounds too Robin Hood for me,so I’ll call them leggings) I was super impressed by the quality. I received another pair from a different company for half the price and immediately wrapped them back up for a return.I am 5’11” 175lbs,, proportionate build, and these fit completely perfectly. Length is spot on, and they are thick enough and have enough compression that you won’t feel too weird or nervous about your man parts. Let’s face it, we men have a penis. Don’t be afraid if there’s a little bulge, you’re supposed to have one for crissakes. Women have breasts and flaunt them,relax and own your manliness. We need a new age of man. These leggings will help you get there.Can you wear these without shorts over them? Who the f-bomb is going to wear shorts over these beautiful tights. Forget that. Don’t hide the fact you have an as5 and a package. Be happy you do!Anyway, my gym is hot as hell. When I usually do a leg day, I’m so sweaty, I use a towel and dry my legs off throughout. For the first time I wasn’t sweaty. I think these make you cooler like they say. They make your backside look nice and guess what? I did the squat test directly into the sun, full bent over. My wife could not see anything – no crack or jack or what have you.The company sent me a cool little email a couple days after purchase telling about how proud they are of them and so on. It was really cool actually.Long story short, these things freakin’ rock. It was so funny, I was a little nervous going to the gym for the first time with these. After I was there, it actually felt like I was the one doing the normal thing and everyone else was weird. Now I can’t wait to put them on again and workout again. As far as the compression, I can honestly say, even ATG squats, sumo style, were the best feeling ever.CompressionZ did something great here – making men’s compression leggings that look and feel good. And the waist wasn’t stupidly high either. A plus – why do most companies make them so high rise – friggin’ 70’s man.

I’m 5’7″, 175 lbs. Waist 34. The chart suggest L but I brought a M. The waist fits perfectly snug. Inseam length is the same for M and L. I brought a M because I’m exercising to get back to 150 lbs and a 31″ waist.I just got it today so I haven’t exercise with it yet but the overall fit is snug, not tightly compressed. I’ll be wearing a knee compressor over it. I’ll also be wearing it by itself as my top is long enough to cover the men’s private parts which is bulging and visible. I suggest a 3″ side cut unrestricting runner’s short for those who might feel uncomfortable wearing the CompressionZ solo.

werde sie zum radfahren im sommer und fitnesstudi nehmen. 2 mal schon benutzt. gute kompression, dickes material, glatt. auch gut als unterhose im winter obwohl die 3/4 an den waden irritieren.man merkt das es kein billiges polyester ist sondern nylon und elasthan.
