    I have enjoyed this book! It is a great combination of yoga and coloring that is easy to follow and practice daily.I definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to find some balance in their everyday life.

    I was drawn to this book because it combines yoga and coloring, two of my favorite things! It is a well organized, high quality soft cover book that lays open easily for reference or coloring. The detailed images are great for gel pens or fine point markers, and there are photos to assist in achieving the yoga poses correctly. Great for self care!

    I loved how clearly the information on yoga poses, chakra balancing and the use of essential oils were described.The journal prompting and mandala coloring pages were fun as well.Excellent for beginners as well as more experienced practitioners.Highly recommended.
