    If you want to start doing chair yoga, this is a great DVD. There are 4 progressive levels of workouts. The actions are deceptively simple but are yielding results. There also are extra people in the video who can demonstration other ways to do each exercise – so you can do the chair yoga workout sessions in whatever way your body can do it. This exercise DVD works!
