Game changer!
I keep on of these in my car and one in my desk at work. It is quite literally a breath of fresh air. I usually take 3 deep breaths on each side (my yoga teacher told me about this product!) and I feel very calm. The scent is not overwhelming, itâs perfectly balanced and I love the soft hint of vanilla. These are great for long car rides with the kids or when I have a hard day at work. Very soothing, would highly recommend to anyone who needs a little calm in their life.

Strong scent. Doesnât help
Very disappointed in this product. I hoped it would give some relief from anxiety but it didnât. The lavender scent is too strong for me. The tube you inhale from is quite small and as I inhale I take in a lot of air which lessens the effect of the ingredients. So Iâm still taking anti anxiety meds while looking for a treatment that works for me

Peppermint is great, inhaler not so much -Iâll keep trying
I get visual migraines and learning peppermint is helpful in relieving symptoms I couldnât be happier. I donât know if Iâm doing something wrong or what but I havenât gotten any benefit from the nasal inhaler. Yet.

Smells great. Stress relief is really up to you
These little lip balm sized sticks smell very nice. Easy to use. Whether the scents themselves relieve stress is highly subjective.The actual stress relief part is most likely going to come from you taking positive actions while and after using to calm your stress. Whatever those actions are, is up to you. Use this inhaler as a reminder and trigger to step away and take a moment to collect and focus on handling the stressors at that moment or in your life.
